  I sent two emails to digitalmaze.com with a question both before and after I made a purchase-no response was received. I was able to complete the installation of the product purchased, but still not sure the product was installed properly. I have experienced some computer system problems since the install. It is difficult to determine the reason for the problems. More technical assistance would have been appreciated.

  I recently purchased MS Office for Mac 2016 as a download through Digital Maze. Their pricing was exceptional and ease of installation was very easy to follow. They immediately supplied the activation key, however, the first one they provided had already been used, so I e-mailed their customer support team to notify them of my issue. After a couple e-mail exchanges with their tech, I had a brand new activation key that worked within 24 hours. Wished I could've spoken to a live human, as that probably would've solved my problem sooner. Other than that, they kept their promise and replied to my request promptly.

  They are very careless with issuing licenses which gives the impression that their internal controls are weak. They issued me licenses which had already been purchased by others. They figured it out eventually, correcting their mistake but I was really concerned at first that I was being issued bad or counterfeit licenses

  The delivery of the product key was quick. The instructions attached to the delivery email did not work. There was an attached installer for my software that did not work and caused my computer to freeze. I attempted this twice with the same result both times. I had to go find my own installation files from the microsoft website, which is a frustrating experience considering I was buying software from Digital Maze The company did reach out retroactively to apologize for issues I encountered, They also did say that for any future issues, I could reach out to them. My overall experience with the rated company was fine, but that doesn't change the faulty software/instructions I recieved.

  This is an amazing process for purchasing a software. The price is right and the delivery if prompt after paying for the software.   Thank you to digitalmaze for selling a one-PC version of MS Project for $99 which otherwise costs at the Microsoft store $700 to over $1000. The download worked promptly, including installation file and proper license key. Installation issues I encountered were related to the Microsoft product, not to digitalmaze, whose support was very responsive.

  If you’re looking for Microsoft office at a reasonable price you can’t go wrong here. I got the 2016 version and it works great for only 50 bucks. If you go on microsoft.com it’s like $99 a year for the rest of your life which doesn’t make sense when you can get it for 50 bucks here. Honestly I might check out what else they have at this website because they have good deals.

  I found DM on Google and after trying a "too good to be true" sight that didn't work. I compared the price here to several other legitimate places and this was the best. I placed the order and received everything within a few minutes. The product description was precise and everything installed, activated, and is running smooth.   I found Digital Maze on the web, which sometimes I'm leary about. I found the product I needed (Office for Mac 2016) and it was easy to check out. I got an email right away with a reciept, and only a minute later I got the product key code. Office was easy to download, install, and the product key worked perfectly.   Had a problem with the first Product Key they sent me. With a couple of emails, I had my new key and the program worked. Good customer service and great pricing.

  Initial product key was already used, but they did send a valid key within a few hours after a couple emails back and forth. So I got the software I paid for with a little extra effort at about half the price I'd have paid otherwise.

  Installation instructions were a bit vague. Maybe I missed it, but I needed to create a microsoft account with the exact same email address as the purchase on your site. That was not clear. After I figured that out it all went smoothly. I had to uninstall and reinstall from the microsoft site.
