  The cable is functional but the FCDUS520v103 Cat6 Blue Patch Cables - TAA/BAA Compliant (Length: 3ft) displays on the fibercable direct website as Made in USA.   UPS took 8 days to deliver the package. The morning of the delivery, UPS stated they would be delivering the package between 9:45am and 11:45 am; they didn't deliver the package until after 4:30pm!! When the package didn't finally arrive, one of the corners of the box was crumpled up and the carrying hand for the fiber optic wire reel was damaged! Very unacceptable on both counts!! UPS poor service reflects poorly on fibercablesdirect.com!! Fibercablesdirect.com is better than UPS' horrible unreliable service; FedEx is a far superior delivery service! While I planto buy from you in the future, I would greatly appreciate the ability to pick my own shipper (ie. Fedex)! UPS' poor service delivering your product is the only reason that I am giving your company a 3 star overall rating!!! You will receive a 5 star review on future purchases from me if you give FedEx as a shipping option!

  Useless customer service, had to ask about the shipping for my SFP transceivers before they decided to ship them. Called and said the 125M fiber was out of stock so they would send 150M but yet I still received 125M in the mail so it seems they aren't good at keep tracking of inventory. They have a hidden return policy that makes it so you can't return their own branded SFP transceivers, very poor customer service. Went to FS.com and got way better service and pricing.

  FCD has the best fiber cables available, period, so there is no need to thank me for any additional orders I place for the best selection of products to replace our aging (think - “slower speed”) CAT 5E/6 cabling. Your products are the highest quality (at least for consumers), your selection, stock, on-line ordering system, product packaging, shipment packing, sense of customer fulfillment urgency, and dedication to customer satisfaction (as demonstrated by your “thank you” email I unexpectedly received!) is outstanding! Doing business with FCD is a pleasant experience that evokes nostalgia that I thought had long died as evidenced by the closing or merging of most all of the big-cap corporate entities that always focused on “Customer First” when I was growing up. Unfortunately most have vanished (e.g. Sears, Penny’s, Ma Bell’s AT&T, Woolworth’s, IBM, Panasonic, Radio Shack, etc.), with other large corporate entities today being a mere (small!) shadow of themselves (e.g. all legacy airlines, GM, Ford, Chrysler, etc.). I am also very impressed with your inclusion of fiber cable testing results, performed with the best (Fluke) testing equipment available! It’s attention to these small details (like this surprise Thank You Again email!) and the extra work FCD has to preform, for example, to keep those item specific testing results with the actual physical cable as it moves through your production, testing, packaging, storage, and shipping process! I’m an old man, so my thought processes are “slower” now, so my planning efforts to calculate what I need for a project isn’t a “one order and done” step now, so it’s nice to know I can depend on FCD to keep my project moving, even if my memory doesn’t! Thank you for being as great as you are, attending to details I never knew that could help me, but most of all, by treating me like I’m your most important customer!

  Deals Unfairly, order was cancelled v with in 2 hrs of order placed, when called customer service we were told order already processed by Federal Express which was unbelievable, the order so far never received till today 08/21/23 2.55 pm. Will advise our credit card Bankers ( the one we used for payment) to hold the payment or to recall, we wait 3 working days form tomorrow 08/25/23.

  Needed 20 cables of older tech OM1 fiber, hard to find in any qty anywhere. Wasted hours calling the big wholesale vendors. Found FiberCables direct though google search. QUICK processing to shipping, ordered on Friday 2pm and received in Ohio Monday 11AM. Website / UI / speed could use improvement. I'll take that over vendors that don't show if they have the product, can't respond, or say they have it until you ask for more than one item and only have one.

  Quality cable, delivered very promptly. Excellent customer service. It turns out I ordered the wrong cable. When I called to ask for an exchange, they didn't have the cable I needed in stock but upgraded me to a faster cable at no charge. And they gave me the 10 percent discount I had used on the original cable. The replacement cable arrived in a couple of days. Very pleased with the transaction.

  Everything was delivered with no damage to the fiber jumpers, but there was some damage to the shipping boxes when they arrived. Out of the entire order only one item was not shipped, but when this was reported back to FCD, it was quickly filled within a couple of days.
