  Not even a clever fraud.Offer goods at below market prices,take your money instantly then go silent.I suppose they make something from buyers who do not bother to get a refund from their bankers. Relevant organisations in New York should take appropriate action to preserve the reputations of their retailers.

  This company is Scandalous, i tries to warn my dad as i read the reviews first... He recieved a call offering a Canon EOS R100 he requested a R100 & RF-S 55-210mm f/5-7.1 IS STM Lens which they agreed he payed the upfront cost The next day the camera arrived, but however was the wrong camera they sent an Kodak Pixpro worth $89 which was frozen and couldn't be accessed. By dad sent the camera back they said the original camera was being sent with a complimentary gift and money off the first bill Unsurprisingly no camera has. arrived the phone number for this company is invalid and they have no real website. Please don't be fooled by these companies. I cannot understand how they are still getting away with this .

  It is 100% a scam. All these comments online are definitely not lying. I bought a camera lens and have since received no communication past my confirmation email. It has been over three weeks. They do not respond to emails, answer the phone (which I do not believe is ever really manned by anyone). Currently in the process of chargeback, which is a hassle, but better than letting these dogs keep my money. Probably should look into some sort of Law Enforcement to try to have this site shutdown.

  I wish I had checked these reviews before paying over $1,300 for a new camera and extra for expedited delivery (3-5 days) and factory warranty. When it had not even been dispatched a week later I cancelled the order. Cancellation was acknowledged but no refund was forthcoming. I am now going through the claim process with my credit card provider 3 months later. The website now appears to have disappeared! this looks like it was a scam all along!

  Same old story with this company ordered and paid beginning of Oct 2024, nothing arrived, cancelled order, I did have communication but all excuses it was only when refund way escalated through my credit card company that I got my money back.   Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered on th e 21st of October 2024. Was told item went to delivery people for process. Waited 8 days nothing received by post or an email from the company. Contacted the company via email on several occasions with nothing back until yesterday where they said they will chase it up. American are being robbed off on every turn. Asked for a refund and had no reply. Will wait 2 weeks then initiate chargeback through my bank.

  They say 6-8 days delivery, but my phone hasn't arrived after 8 days. Worse, I've tried contacting them multiple times but no response Their online chat puts you 2nd in the queue but it never progresses from there I've called and i'm on queue but no one comes on. Voice mail was not responded to No response from multiple email, including asking them to cancel, but no confirmation. Finally, called my credit card company to stop payment. Not sure what state my order has been left in now

  Do not use this company Ordered a camera and received confirmation email saying item will be dispatched in 6-8 days. Payment was taken. Nearly 3 weeks after 8th day.... order status still 'unfulfilled'.... Sent 9 emails.... no response Made 5 phone calls.... 3 no response 2 hung up on me. Spent a total of 3 hours in a queue waiting for live chat assistance. Eventually spoke via live chat today and they are unable to say when item will be dispatched as waiting for an update from their supplier. Cancelled order and awaiting money back. HORRENDOUS COMPANY STEER CLEAR.

  They dont deserve even 1 star - NY Attorney General should review Nightmare dodgy shelf company (NY-based), having a virtual office address in NJ- Wonder how BBB& Google et al did not close these fellows. I ordered a pair of binoculars for Christmas - after 1 month, cancelled the order, now one month gone, no refund yet. No one answers the phone. No reply to emails.   Sham company. Camera had a manufacturing defect so I opened a warranty case in December 2024 and sent the G85 Lumix camera in. After many complaints my camera was never returned. A sham company reported to the Federal Trade Commision and NYPD with full supporting evidence.

  Selling non-compliant photography goods FENWAY sold an illegal unsafe product, and refused a refund. $500+ Nikon Camera eventually arrived, it had an illegal, unsafe charger. Not the Nikon American marked plug. I requested the correct charger on two more occasions, and they again supplied me with non-nikon usb leads and an incorrect 2pin electrical lead. Item was not fit for purpose. FENWAY keep removing my reviews. I will keep posting them - everywhere - so people can make informed decisions.

  Wonderful Camera, Beautiful Service!! I got hold of Fenway Photography via their website and they were FANTASTIC. They emailed a returned label, let me just return the body and box, and I got it perfectly working replacement in a week. I'm very happy with how it turned out and have run this replacement body through the ringer and it's solid. Thank You Fenway Photography service for making it such a painless experience!

  I ordered a new RODE VideoMic for my new camera, within 30 minutes of my order I had confirmation, and within an hour I had UPS confirmation of next day delivery. In less than 24 hours I received my new mic in my hands and It worked perfectly, the sound quality is better than I expected. It records in stereo and picked up a dynamic range of sounds very clearly and cleanly. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and will be using Fenway photo as my go to camera store.

  Sony 200-600 mm lens I rented the lens from an online lens rental company. I was sufficiently, impressed to go ahead with the purchase.   Have been looking for a new DSLR camera for a while and saw the one I'd been after on this website at a great price, so decided to take the plunge and buy it! The process was simple and the next day I received my new Nikon D7500 camera at the specified time after regular updates on my order, which is fantastic.   I'm disappointed. One of my products shipped to the wrong destination, and I never received/signed for it. Fenway Photo didn't do anything to help me and said it was out of their purview. In some ways I get it, but when I found the shipping problem, I contacted them immediately. This was before delivery even happened. They could have contacted UPS mail service, but instead said it was their policy not to do that. I contacted courier and tried to have them route the package to a Manhattan based warehouse facility, but they delivered it anyway...and some recipient signed for it.
