    I have purchased cameras and a few lenses from here. I am an amateur but I am treated with the same respect as any pro. My husband has gone too and they have helped him immensely because he doesn't 'speak in photographic jargon (his words) and they were able to help him find the product I sent him in for. They even set aside product, knowing we will visit the next day because we have to travel by transit. They have things other places don't have, and they even give small discounts or throw in a filter for free. It's those little things that make you feel taken care of and make you want to visit again.

    I was at their New York store for a brand new Fujifilm camera bundle all the way from Manchester, New Hampshire and I'm happy I made this trip. Not only the sale price was incredible (best price in town and online at the time of purchase) but the service was awesome! We had a great chat about Fujifilm cameras, lenses, firmware, etc. We also shared our experience on other brands like Sony and Olympus. The transaction was flawless and they spent their time to show me everything in the box and provided valuable tips for my new camera. Great job James and the store manager (sorry, I didn't get the older gentleman's name)! Now I know where I should get my next lens ;-)

    Thank-you Fenway Photos Camera! I went out on Independence Day sales for a particular camera and lens combo, that was already steeply discounted everywhere. I ended up at Fenway while bouncing around between retailers. Turns out the camera and lens were actually $435+tx LESS at Fenway. So, I purchased. I took home, and the camera itself had some issues with some of the pixels - hot and dead pixels - an uncommon issue with new cameras, that's commonly accepted as a defect. So I went back the next day, and Fenway gave me great support - they exchanged the camera for a new body with minimal fuss, and had me on my way in no time. Lowest prices by a long shot, and fantastic in store support. I will definitely do business with Fenway again!

    Gobbed up a handsome deal bundling together Z50 with dual lens kit with bonus FTZ mount adapter. I am glad I found out about this store before I made purchase at B&H. Price is unbeatable! B&H couldn't even price match since the deal you get from Fenway Photos is non-existing in their shop. Reserved by phone and picked up at the store with ease. They don't even try to sell you anything extra. In and out. Nice and simple

    My wife loves this storr. She bought a bundle EOS 80D with 18-135mm, usm lenses, accessory kit, (bag - battrey pack - strap ), 430 ex III - RT for me as a gift. It was a really nice bundle.today I went In the store to register for warranty and buying some memory cards. In the store service was excellent with friendly staff's. BUT !!!!! I bought 2 - 64GB SanDisk extreme pro sdxc uhs-1 for $79.99 after i reached to the home and checked amazon website I founded same memory card for $46.98!!!!! But this local store has the advantage of bespoke shopping.

    I had negative experience in other stores but as soon as I went to Fenway Photos it was super easy. James (the guy who served me) was super friendly over the phone and was the same in person. When I got in there there were absolutely no troubles at all, and even though they didn't have the lens in stock the offered to ship it as soon as it came in for free. I will definitely shop at Fenway again for all my camera equipment. Great knowledge and super friendly staff. 6 out of 5 stars

    Splendid shopping experience in here. There's probably four main camera shops in NYC with prices within a few dollars of each other for almost every product. The difference was that the staff as Fenway Photos were the most knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and helped me buy what I needed without buying redundant I didnt need.

    I’ve now been surprised by the blazing fast delivery of anything I order from Fenway Photos. Last Time I ordered a Microphone requesting express delivery, they delivered it like a bat out of hell. I’ve a few times and sometimes they promise me calls back that I always received.     Its cast in the same mold as an Apple store. Tons of cream of the camera brands like Fuji, Pentax, Panasonic, Canon, Nikon, Sony and accessory kits, tripods,, branded bags, rode microphones, lighting, tripod mounts, boom arms, and cable accessories. They store packs several brands of professional video equipment, and specialists camera consultants to dissect complex pre purchase issues. I've asked difficult questions but they make it sound more straightforward with practicum. Check their website for stock levels if you need something specific as popular items sell out fast.

    Magnificent store. I wanted to purchase a tripod and the employees were very helpful directing me to a tripod that met my needs precisely. It was no problem to assemble a selection for me to examine and try out. The cost even was cheap half the price.     My go to camera store in NYC. Staff know their gear and are able to walk you though the decision process. That said if you are still tyre kicking *don’t* come on the weekend as they get super busy. When there is a crowd be sure to grab a number as you enter otherwise you will wonder why you aren’t being served. Best pricing in New York and if they don’t have it in stock they are able to deliver normally the next day. Hard-working team!

    Purchased a lens and some accessories here. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Departmental camera stores in the malls can't compare to what these guys have to offer. Sure, the prices can't match what you can get online/Best Buy but you'll have brilliant customer service.     Absolutely the coolest store. They have competitive deals I could find, and always price match reasonable prices about cameras. I don't appreciate spending half an hour being upsold on extras though! Especially when I go home to large Franchise chain stores out the extras don't actually fit with my camera! It's a pretty good store other than small space.

    I walked in to the Fenway Photo store to seek information about upgrading my camera for travel in more difficult climates. I immediately met emm, who soon determined what my requirements were and the options available. emm was friendly, professional, personable and very focused on what I needed. There was not the lens I required available immediately in store, but she stayed in communication and had it for me the next day. Once I had what I needed, emm provided me with good advice about camera maintenance and how best to care for my camera in the environments I will be traveling to. I had a really good experience shopping there compared to trying to seek advice and purchasing online. emm is a star! Thanks.”

    Emm helped is select a Canon 100-400 lenses and helped is through the purchase process with technical details and information regarding cash-back for returning. We were contemplating purchase of the EOS M50 and Emm kept in touch with me until I was ready to purchase. When I collected the camera Emm was enthusiastic about my intentions with the camera and discussed techneque with me. I have been extremely happy with my interactions with Emm and now follow his projects on social media. The Fenway photo is an amazing camera.

    Not knowing very much about cameras, I had watched a few reviews on YouTube on the eve of my purchase. I went into another store down the road and requested the camera only to be smirked at by the two staff. I then went to Fenway Photo and was helped by emm. He helped me with ordering the camera and set me up with a great 2nd hand lense. I spent about hundreds of bucks in there and was delighted. Cheers guys

    We went in with a charging problem and thought we would need a new camera. Emm was very helpful. Our camera is working fine and he explained everything to us about our current camera and said it was a good camera and that no upgrade was needed. My wife and I are very impressed.     The staff at the Fenway Photo store are truly amazing and so helpful. I ave visited many camera stores around the country as I travel a lot, but by far, this store makes me feel welcome, helps me with any questions I have and finds me a product that most stores would not even bother trying to look up. Highly recommend and cannot speak highly enough of the staff.

    Made a call to the contact centre and was assisted by emm, who was prompt, concise in delivering the info needed confirming stock availability and even placed the order for me to collect. Such display of professionalism from the call centre right through to the staff at the Annerley Store who even offered to carry the gear out to my car. This is why I will keep shopping with you guys and I dont mind driving an hour and half from home for that level of service.

    I have found both sales and customer support department excellent. Brought a Sony A7 and was given a wealth of advice about lenses, unfortunately the one we brought had a focusing problem. With a little bit of encouragement the service dept managed to get Sony to replace with a new one. They then arranged to get it out to me on a weekend- let down by her original provider, Fenway photo found another one and ensured I would get it delivered on time. Great service. Buying the right product to meet a customers needs is important (and sales were good at that), but then ensuring post sale issues are dealt with well...that's the measure of a good business who will get my repeat business.

    I recently invested in my first top end camera and visited all the camera shops in New York and Fenway Photo stood out head and shoulders above the rest. A bright and breezy, well designed shop with all the camera brands, gear and toys you could wish for. The most important for me however were the incredibly knowledgeable staff. Emm was fantastic, not only did she know her stuff inside out but gave me invaluable advice on which camera and system would be best for me. Without her I would have chosen the wrong piece of equipment for my needs. Polite, helpful and honest, it made the whole experience even better. I will go back to Park for all my future photographic needs without doubt. Powell

    Having recently acquired a new camera I went along to the store and spoke with Joe who kindly took half an hour to walk through with me the basic features of the camera so that even someone with my limited knowledge could operate it. OK, it cost $265 but money was well spent in my opinion as I just turned up at the door without prior appointment. He also set the camera up for me so that I hit the ground running. Without this I would have really struggled with the incoherent booklet that came with the camera. I am now much more confident with my new toy and hope to get some cracking pictures on my forthcoming holiday in fall. Cheers Joe. Much Appreciated!

    I purchased a ZEISS - 12 X 45MM BINOCULAR after I found the product had run out of stock in Amazon because they'd the best price online. It's a masterpiece for hunts or observations to steer clear of red herrings. Fenway photo is microcosm of Silicon valley.
