  It seemed a lot easier to do my prior tax this year. The product is getting better and you don't need to be a tax professional to get it done. You can always have a the pros look it over before you submit it to the IRS. Great feature.

  This app was great. I needed to do a previous year and had a problem finding an app with options to do previous years but prior tax did just that and helped where I was confused and they are also going to look over the return to make sure I didn’t mess up anywhere.

  Filing prior or current tax returns with PriorTax is so easy. The online tax preparation is straightforward, with each step explained in detail. If you use PriorTax every year, most of your tax details are retained making the process so much simpler. I have called their support staff a couple of times with questions when filling out my return, and they are always really helpful, diligent, and patient with my questions. In short, I would have to say that *PriorTax ROCKS!*.

  For ease of use, Prior Tax gets an A grade. It will be an A+ if my electronic filing goes through without a hitch. SO convenient (and less expensive than Turbo Tax) to have a service that allows e-filing for late returns. I am going to use PT to catch up by filing returns 2021 & 2022 also.

  overall it was a good experience. I like how the navigation works and the clarity of the questions. I did hit a snag on a page that was blank and wouldn't proceed but I called customer service and they were very helpful. Other than the time I lost trying to clear up the blank page issue over 2 hours, I am happy with the experience.
