  For ease of use, Prior Tax gets an A grade. It will be an A+ if my electronic filing goes through without a hitch. SO convenient (and less expensive than Turbo Tax) to have a service that allows e-filing for late returns. I am going to use PT to catch up by filing returns 2021 & 2022 also.

  overall it was a good experience. I like how the navigation works and the clarity of the questions. I did hit a snag on a page that was blank and wouldn't proceed but I called customer service and they were very helpful. Other than the time I lost trying to clear up the blank page issue over 2 hours, I am happy with the experience.
