    Ordering and installation were easy, especially with detailed instructions. I was assisted by Digital Maze support when I couldn't open Word. I was sent the necessary links to allow me to get rid of my old application which was blocking installation of the new one.

    The directions were a little confusing and the key code did not work right away. I did have to wait a bit for a new key code. Once i got the new key code it worked perfectly fine. So far everything is working fine. I would just advise better directions and work on the key code issue because this is fairly common based on other reviews.
