Screen was perfect! I had spilled a beverage on my ROG ALLY X and the screen was a direct replacement. The video was a great help had to use CC to translate it from French to English but that’s no big deal once I figured it out. Shipping was ever fast. Very happy customer to have my ROG running at 100% again.

Gotta 2023 Asus ROG strix g17 model :G713PI-XS96 worked great for a year with a extra 2tb ssd and stock 32 gb of ram ryzen 9 Cpu and Rtx 4070 graphics card. Ran pretty gud for the gaming I did just ran kinda hot around 90-96 under heavy load mostly some times idling. Added cooling fan it was fine. A year later Changed the Ram to 64 gb, I broke a battery connector in the process. And it ran bad after that didn't know it was the Ram or the laptop sensing the battery wasn't connect. I got blue screens and random codes, freezing on screen when starting app. Did a clean windows in stall from a boot disk i made on another computer installed everything one by one and it was extremely fast and I have no real problems at all. A lil heat but not to much for the fans if u set em right. It was worth now I gotta fix the battery . Great products so far. Just be careful when u hooking the battery from the board use the battery side of the cable it's saver. Runs every thing on high or epic.

The joystick module is just not right. The right joystick fit very well but the left was too lose because the mold being off. I bought this because my ally’s joystick where to loose and from what I see online this is a very common issue. The service was great it’s just ASUS mold is not good and hopefully they improve in the ally 2

Part was exactly what I needed shipping time wasn't bad considering it was over seas. My only complaint is that there was no update given until 2 days after it arrived in the US and as far as I could tell, only at my request. It would have been nice to have been notified that it was being shipped into the US and to not expect an update until it arrived or something like that. Other wise it did arrive within the period of time I was told, just would have appreciated atleast a it's in Europe but it left the warehouse today.

I have ordered products from Asus Accessories twice now and both interactions have been better than satisfactory and resulted in receiving the proper parts to successfully repair a couple of my laptops. My last order was for an LCD screen replacement and connecting cable. I was a little disappointed when the acceptance of payment for the order was accepted within 10 minutes of the order being made, but I spent 3 days waiting for updates on the progress of the order before I sent an email to ask why there was no further progress. My email was answered within 24 hours with relevant explanation that they needed verification of my laptop model and serial number before moving forward with the order. This is completely understandable and appreciated that the diligence to ensure I was receiving the correct parts as well as avoid unnecessary back and forth shipping of parts. The disappointment comes from the fact that payment was accepted and taken before they determined I had ordered the correct part or that they even had the correct part if I had ordered in error. It was also in that I had to watch the order, be concerned about the lack of progress and had to proactively question the progress before explanation of the delay or need for the further information about my laptop was provided. I did not notice anything during the order process nor did I receive an email requesting the extra info. The order appeared to me to be just sitting stalled. The communication when it did happen was, professional, relevant and clear. The parts I received were packaged well, were compatible and the repair was successful. It would also be nice to be able to shop and see prices in my local currency rather than US dollars. I feel like the final price including shipping was significantly higher than other online options I looked at, but my previously good experience with Asus Accessories was positive and I was willing to pay a little more for that trust. I will likely do so again, but will be more conscious of what the price differential actually is.

I can't leave what would be an otherwise excellent review as the order entry process was confusing, After attempting my order submission there was an entry on the screen that indicated "Auto Cancel". I thought it meant to click that field if I decided to cancel the order before submission. After waiting many days for a shipment notice I contacted them only to find the order had never been placed, it had been automatically canceled due to an error in my original entry with no indication of what the error was so that I could fix it and resubmit. The use of the term "Auto Cancel" finally made sense after this was explained but seems quite confusing otherwise. Once this was resolved I received my order quickly, but if I hadn't contacted them about the "Auto Cancel" entry I would never have known that the order had never been processed. Saying "Order Cancelled" would have at least been much clearer to me than "Auto Cancel'

The only website to get the specific parts I was looking for to repair my laptop which I was very thankful for. They answered my questions politely and moved as fast as possible to get my part. My only crticism would be that I wish there were pictures of all the parts considering the cost of ordering the wrong thing would be very high between the waiting for a specific part if they don't have it in stock and the cost of shipping which is expectadly pricy for US.
