Asus didnt sell my power supply I needed for my laptop but these guys did. It is the exact part and exact model I needed. Wish I would have know this site existed sooner. I wasn't sure if my audio amplifier was bad or if it was my speakers. I bought the new speakers hoping it would fix the static, and it did! The new speakers are loader and have clear audio. I didn't realize how bad the old speakers were until I heard the new ones!

Ive gotten a multiple parts from a-accessories over the last few months working on water cooling an Asus Scar 16. After dealing with an MSI build and getting broken or inaccurate parts from eBay I was beyond worried about having a similar experience. Everything Ive ordered has not only been accurate, it also ships and arrives extremely quickly given it coming from out of country. I will absolutely be referring other hobbyists and modders here for spare parts when working on Asus laptops.

Having never heard of a-accessories previously and not being referred here by Asus USA, I was skeptical of the quality of service and whether or not the business was legit. I was incredibly impressed at how quickly my order was processed and shipped. It got from France to New York in just under 48 hours from the time of order. Incredible! If I'd ordered this part on eBay, it would've taken weeks if not months to get here from China. Well done, would definitely order from here again!

Good service that provides actual genuine parts. I've ordered from both a-accesories and their French website and both seem to be consistent with service and quality. The quality control of the parts leaves something to be desired, as the heatsink that I ordered for my laptop has a dent in one of the heat pipes.

Need to have ability to list separate billing & ship to addresses in checkout. I had to email support to do so. Otherwise, item would ship to wrong address or CC billing for the transaction would have failed for wrong CC billing address info.

Customer service was apparently non-existent. I ended up purchasing a power switch/cable and holder for an ASUS tower. It did not work when installed. Here's the story: I sent a request for information to customer service, inquiring about the power switch wiring. NO RESPONSE. Eventually, in the interest of time, I placed the order anyway. It was delivered promptly. I installed the product and it did not work. The issue was that it was a "one-plug" design vs the "two-plug" design on my tower. This, not terribly ironically, was the subject of the service request I had sent to them earlier and received no response. Later, in order to complete my accounting (not for a refund - this one's on me, I guess...) I sent another customer service request for an invoice or paperwork, none of which was enclosed with the shipped product. Guess what? NO RESPONSE. In both cases, my support requests did not even get the usual "We have received your request, blah blah" automated response. In both cases, I received no response at all from Asus Accessories. These service requests are the only avenue for communication with the company. No phone contact information is provided on their website. Unfortunately, this was a very unsatisfying user experience.
