  The new battery Charger is working just great! The tech store used it to also initially charge my laptop with another brand new installed internal battery. And last night I used it for my 1st time while having my laptop turned on and worked just great & now my laptop without the charger connected is still working great so my new battery & new charger both are still keeping my laptop charged.

  Communication ahead of ordering was great, the product arrived in the given time frame and worked as expected. My only gripe is the that shipping cost was very high and for such a high fee I would have expected import&customs to be included already, as things stand shipping and customs/import tax more than doubled the total cost of this order.

  ASUS Accessories provides outstanding customer service support throughout the entire ordering process. I contacted ASUS Accessories to make sure that I was ordering the correct AC adapter by sending a photo of my current AC Adapter. I requested verification that the replacement power supply adapter connector would fit into my ASUS Model GL752VW-IH74. Their knowledge of the ASUS Product line is excellent right down to all of the specific parts. The ASUS Technicians are very helpful. They guaranteed that the correct ASUS Slim AC Adapter right angle barrel connector would fit into the model of my ASUS computer. The ASUS Accessories website is very user friendly. Their website provides details on their products and photos of each part. The ordering process is easy as they provide updates every step of the way on the delivery process from origin to destination. The delivery process was fast and efficient with strict adherence to the delivery instructions at destination. In summary, I highly recommend ASUS Accessories.

  They have every part that you could possibly need to replace in your laptop. Delivery was great, packaging was the best i have seen in a long time. The only thing i was not satisfied with was the price. I have been searching for a long time for these spare parts and i was avoiding this site just because it had too high prices for me. But anywhere else i tried to buy spared parts, they would not accurate, they would not fit. So after many orders and refunds, I finally have the things i needed. But at what cost.

  Well, it wasnt the right part. It was however so close to the part i needed that i was able to take the top of the fan shroud off of the old fan and place it on the new fan so it all worked out in the end. FedEx on the other hand was absolutely incompetent.

  The battery I ordered is an original Asus part, it arrived surprisingly quickly, I replaced it and it works perfectly. These guys know what they're doing! If I ever need an asus part, hopefully not because I don't want my laptop to break again lol, I'll definitely buy again from these guys!

  Needing a notebook battery at first went to Asus site and price was $20-40 more expensive so went with another company. They sent me the wrong battery and still trying to get my money refunded after 3 weeks. Then went back to Asus and spent the money hoping I'd get the correct battery. Success after only 6 days sent from France I had my new battery installed.
