Very good, met my expectations, highly recommended! I searched the network for a very long time looking for the Asus Red Keystone II Key I saw here. Lots of details to my computer (if needed). And many other interesting things by ASUS. The only negative is the shipping price. In my case, it turned out that the delivery is 1.5 times more expensive than the part itself. But I bought it. In any case, I kept this site for myself.

Part was new in shrink wrap. Ordered Monday, delivered Friday to US from France. Well packed, included the adhesive strips. I was not expecting the part to be new and shrink wrapped. Was nervous about ordering internationally, but completely exceeded expectations. Price with shipping was better than ebay also for a used part!!!

The international shipment was impressively fast, the packaging was sturdy, and the pre-sale team was responsive. However, my only gripe is the exclusive use of FedEx for shipping, which was pricey. On top of that, they charged a hefty premium for handling customs, billing me three times the actual tax for their service fee. Firstly, customer service responses to my questions before I placed the order was satisfactory. I could tell from their responses they were going by the book, ensuring that I chose the battery that Asus approved for my laptop. However, I was really interested in upgrading to a 90W battery. So, I took a chance and thankfully, the 90W battery arrived in one piece and fit my laptop. Am very satisfied with the ordering and delivery process. For future customers, you need to be aware of the following: i) price and ii) duty fees. The battery I ordered was USD $129 and shipping via FedEx was USD $35. Total for my order was USD $164, and with the currency exchange, this battery cost me CAD $222.19. I thought this battery was coming from the US but it was shipped from France, meaning there was an additional CAD $33.20 in duty fees. All in all, my total came to CAD $255.39. This is a lot of money for one 90W battery which would only last me 3-5 years. It blows my mind that this battery was made in China, shipped to France where it was warehoused before being ordered from Canada. My recommendation to the company is to have a currency selection option at checkout, so that the customer is aware of the prices in their country as well as be transparent that duty fees may be incurred. I am aware that you get what you pay for, and I did want an Asus official battery, so what can you do when you can't order directly from Asus Canada? In the end, the battery does fit and work.

Finding the part was super easy. The order was delivered slower than I expected but within a reasonable time window given it was shipped from Europe. However, the package itself was fairly damaged upon delivery, probably due to FedEx mishandling the order. Thankfully, due to the excellent packaging, the part was undamaged, though there is a slight blemish on the front right of the part which seems to mostly be a cosmetic issue. Overall, a fairly decent experience; I will consider them as an option again.

part arrived broken despite a decent attempt at packaging but upon trying to get either a refund or replacement they rejected the best pictures my only other camera could do and wanted to see the packaging it was a tiny super thin webcam pcb so it was basically expected some would break in shipping yet they are making me fight too hard for a 30$ part to be worth dealing with them again just gonna buy a modmic instead so I can use it on any device

Product shipped out in a reasonable time. Unfortunately did not resolve my computer problem so I returned it. It’s almost been two weeks since it was marked delivered but no refund or contact from ASUS. I emailed asking if this was normal and was told it normally takes eight days to process a refund. Asked for shipping number and said it would be done in 24-48 hours. That time has passed. No refund still.

I hate to give these guys a bad review, because they shipped my part fast and they replied to my emails fast, but they sent me the wrong part and then kept insisting to me that it was the correct part when it was not. They did offer me a refund if I sent the part back, but I'm in the US and sending the $12 part back to them just doesn't make sense. I understand that the part number that they sent was correct, but the actual part inside the packaging was NOT, it did not have the correct pins for my mother board, and I told them this.. but they still insisted it was correct. You guys did everything right EXCEPT listen to your customer.

I could not confirm through the serial number of my computer that the product was correct. The delivery service was inaccurate, making me wait a whole day even though they knew early in the morning that they would not be able to deliver it to me. They sent me a message informing me that they had tried to deliver it (false) and a link to manage the delivery that did not accept the tracking number. Finally I was able to find out through another web address that the delivery had been delayed by 5 days, however it was delivered the next day without prior notice.

I did not get the item I was promised. I got a different charger that was still compatible for my laptop, but this is not what I ordered. Another thing: you state on your website that you are "official distributor of Asus spare parts". However, customer service of ASUS said otherwise. This is maybe something you should look into.

The charger I ordered provides 19.5 V and 7.7 A, and the charger I got provides 20 V and 7.5 A. I am no expert on this topic so I cannot assess if this makes a meaningful difference, but I think it will still be fine. Regarding being an official reseller: I live in the Netherlands, so perhaps that causes the confusion.
