Was a good experience for me, was worried at first but saw a couple decent reviews on Reddit so I tried it out. Bought a keyboard replacement for my Asus tablet, it came quickly and exactly as I ordered. Was the only place that I was able to order the backup replacement keyboard, so I am very happy it worked out so nicely.

I wish we had north american location to reduce custom cost and freignt cost as well. Note that that this is great that I can fix my PC by my self! If you have any involvement in design, it would be nice to have parts that are a little more resilient. This is the second time that I have to change the speakers. Some battier should be integrated to protect the speakers.

I was having problems with an after market battery installed by a local repair shop. Found an OEM battery at Asus Accessories- installed it myself : the right product solved the problem. Anus Accessories shipped the same day of my order, and FedEx delivered in the States in 5 days which included a weekend; or it likely would have been sooner

I received the laptop adapter exactly on time, and it is a genuine adapter from Asus as I was worried it might be one of those fake ones! The only thing that took me by surprise is I had to pay import fee to FedEx after it was shipped (which I didn't expect), because it was shipped from USA and delivered to Canada, so keep in mind that import fees might apply to your order depending on where you live. Overall, great product and fast delivery!

I wish I could've given you guys a better rating but I couldn't because first of all my order took a while to get to to me which is fine as you guys given a disclaimer that it could take 2-4 weeks since I placed a special order. Now my problem lies when I was ending the fourth week of nto receiving my order or shipping details. I reached out to you all and then I received shipping details and my part was coming from France and it arrived at my door within a few days after sending you all an email. Now I'm skeptical because why did I have to reach out to you all before I received shipping details and my part was shipped from France to the US in no-time? What was really the hold up? I feel like had I not said anything A-Accessories wouldn't have filled my order and this is just not good business. I am now reluctant on doing business with A-Accessories because of this.

Remember this is an opinion and obviously I figured out the issue was my own attention to detail. The navigation of the site was great, pictures to show what you're looking at as a computer sitting in front of you (as what was meant by left panel (glass)to the right side panel(metal) to avoid misinformation)and description to confirm as such. Point of issue was delivery costs associated. I paid in 'full' meaning product plus shipping and received a confirmation email on Aug 20th,2024 as: Your package requires the payment of duties, taxes, and related fees, prior to delivery. Tracking Number: 731905017099 Shipper: FM GROUP-FRANCE ACCESSORIES Total Charges Owing: $0 The delivery driver shows up to my door on August 22nd, 2024 and asks my wife to pay a tax for duty fees in cash or credit card of $35.51. She called me, I'm about to send a screenshot of email and I find another one sent on same delivery date (Aug 22nd) that states: Your package requires the payment of duties, taxes, and related fees, prior to delivery. Tracking Number: 731905017099 Shipper: FM GROUP-FRANCE ACCESSORIES Total Charges Owing: $35.51 Obviously, I paid because I'm not having an argument with the delivery service over costs they cannot change and I have doubts over receiving a secondary email confirming same charge cost from same source. Later, I reviewed the order from original purchase the sales tax portion was not included or was left as 0.00 as I am so used to paying taxes upon taxes on everything, after the currency conversion, and the confirmation email, all seemed well up until the physical delivery of the item and myself paying direct from overseas for duty fees that I expected were already taken care of. It was the lack of responsibility from delivery service to state some sort of apology for sending an incorrect email with the wrong information as an initial confirmation that says I do not owe anymore money and a 'Please do not reply to this email'. Nice.

4.5 stars. Fast but a bit expensive delivery (delivered from France to Germany in ~3 days). The replacement battery is new, but it was produced a bit long ago, in 2022, whereas it is 2024 now. It works as expected. Apart from these points, I'd recommend the service.

Navigating the site and making the order was not the easiest given that I required to creat an account. I was asked to reset my password a few times. Also, after making the order, a few days later, I was informed about a typo on the shipping address I provided and asked to re-order. I checked and noticed the typo was some extra spaces within the address field, which to me did not seem like a big deal, as the address was still correct. That led to some delays in the delivery. At the same time, I was happy with the customer service's responsiveness and that my second order did not take too long to arrive. Thank you !

I got the right parts for mi Asus f510ua, the parts where shiped from France via FedEx, shipping was cuoted as 35 usd for a 160 usd purchase, but at arrival I have to pay another 30 usd for taxes that where never disclosed, but other than that the experience was good, the parts where shiped almost immediately and arrived one day early. The parts are original. Happy customer.
