  In this particular case, SOS failed - all the files had been lost, and what was recovered wasn't worthwhile. However, it must be emphasised that this was my fault, not that of SOS, who, as was my previous experience with them, were thoroughly professional and helpful. The previous experience, in which a drive simply failed, was excellent. This time however, I'd put something on the drive that eliminated all the files and not even SOS can recover something that it's there any more.

  SOS Data Recovery completed my order in a timely manner. Throughout the whole process I was made aware of the progress of my order through frequent emails.
