Verified reviewI couldn't be happier with my purchase! I was a little leary about ordering online from a company I didn't know. I checked the better business site and other review sites, including verified reviews, before my purchase. Yes, some people had problems, but I know how touchy things can be when you download and authenticate software. It seems that the people at Digital Maze go out of their way (as they should) to help customers with any issues they encounter. As for myself, I had no issues with the download or authentification of my Microsoft Word professional Plus 2021 software that I bought from them. I followed the instructions they sent carefully. I already had an account with Microsoft and when I clicked on the link they sent me it took me to the MS site and I was able to register the sofware without any issue at all. A great price for a great product!

Verified reviewDefinitely thought it was a fake website but it is real, I have now purchased 6 licenses of Microsoft Project. Just in case I was downloading something bad from a shady website, I didn't download the files they sent, I downloaded Project from Microsoft directly and just used the code from Digital Maze. It worked like a charm!

Verified reviewGreat pricing and after researching, I did not see anything to indicate that this was a scam, including a look at the BBB. Digital Maze had an immediate email response after I made the payment, with the key code and link to instructions and the software download. I had a question or two and the support (via email) was also reasonably fast. (maybe 15~30 minutes) Bought Office 2021 for both my home and office PC. No problems so far after using the software for a month.

Response with download instructions and conformation of order came almost immediately. Download of product from Microsoft was as advertized. Was up and running from old Office 365 program to new Office Pro Plus 2021 in less than 15 minutes. Most of that was function of my internet connection speed. It advised to uninstall Office 365 before installing Pro Plus 2021 which I did. Change over was seamless. Backed up calendar and contacts but didn’t need to use backups. Definitely purchase from them again. Savings exceptional.

Verified reviewImmediate access. Instructions were outdated hence not giving a 5 star as I did spend about 15 minutes completely frustrated but was able to figure it out on my own. I have a brand new computer with Windows 11, it came with Office 365 installed. The part were the instructions state to uninstall and then use the install link was what caused issues. Followed these steps only to have the exact same Office 365 installed with no place to enter my product code. All in all, it was easier than the instructions. No uninstall-reinstall needed for those in my situation. Instead simply login to your Microsoft Account, it will show you have a trial of Office 365 and want you to pay to activate it, instead enter your product code for the Version of Office you have purchased and viola, all is right in the world and your product is registered and works like a charm.
