    The site was easy to use. I left a message about a missing item(sensor mount) and an extra sensor that I received in my original order. I received a quick reply and instructions with a code to use to order the missing sensor mount. The items arrived a a few days. It did take a bit longer about a week for a response about returning the extra sensor. The customer service sent a mailing label and I was able to return the extra sensor that I had received.

    Horrible, horrible experience. Shipped defective outdoor sensor and was not provided an easy way to initiate return. Sent emails and the responses were in French????? I don't speak or read French. Ended up disputing charge with CC company out of frustration.

    We've been using home based monitoring for over a decade. The longevity and choices are dismal. Netatmo offers a solid alternative to other offerings so far. We have wind and rain sensors. I like the way the components are separated allowing perfect placement outdoors. Also I am impressed by the quality and feel of the product. It doesn't reek of plastic flimsiness !

    The product looks great but that’s about the extent of it. I bought the full weather station bundle that came with the base 2 weather towrs , the optional rain gauge, and anemometer. The main indoor and outdoor weather stations were easy enough to set up, I guess, but when trying to get the 2 optional instruments to work, it was extremely frustrating and just never worked. The rain gauge was disconnected more than it was ever connected and the anemometer never, not even briefly. came on or was recognized by the main weather tower. I spent from Christmas Day through New Hear’s Day trying to figure out what I Lilly I was doing wrong, butbut it seems that I’m not the only customer with these issues. The number of YouTube videos where people just give up trying to set up the weather station and its peripherals is surprising (1 would be too many, btw!) then the returns process seems to be so complicated for us Anericans for some reason. I haven’t send an email with my order number then wait for them to send my a SHIPPO g box to return the items. It does sound easier if you’re lucky enough to live in Europe, but since I’m not that lucky, it dies me no good. Would not recommend this product at all now. Story!

    Not having a base station to see is a problem, as most weather related news was obtained by simply walking by the old home readout panel. I have yet to figure out how much rain we had yesterday on this setup. This new setup without a monitor is not even close to being as user friendly as the old unit.

    I like having a weather station at home, the temperature readings seem reliable, and the noise sensor is a nice touch. But it was difficult to install (the second "outdoor" unit is still not functioning, I can't get the app to see it), and I have no idea if I can trust the CO2 measurements - there's no way to calibrate the sensor and no meaningful explanation of how it self-calibrates.

    Ordered an item I have ordered before over 20 days ago. Item shows they printed the label for FedEx but FedEx never received the package. Follow up emails took a while to get a response. Then the response is it could take another week or two for the investigation to complete. Long time customer but looking at other options now

    First, it was hard to discover that you can actually buy an Outdoor Module by itself. Once I discovered that, ordering the Module was easy and straight forward. Once I received it though, it did not come with any instructions on how to connect it to the network. And, the LED blinking signal that a battery was installed is different with the new version and because it stopped blinking before I actually got it fully assembled and then did not connect to the network I thought it was defective and contacted customer service. That was on the weekend and customer service did not respond until Tuesday and I had solved the problem on my own. I discovered that the new version only blinks 4 times when the battery is connected and stopped blinking before the top is replaced. Also, I discovered on my own that I needed to remove the previous Outdoor Module before I could add the new one. Once that was done, it worked perfectly. But, I wasted a lot of time that could have been prevented with instructions, at least on the website.

    I have been using Netatmo products since the start. The products' design has always been great, but setting them has not always been an easy task, some products have even very difficult to setup like the Netatmo video doorbell. Also, the products don't get updated. For example, the Netatmo Welcome camera has not improved since its introduction except for HomeKit integration. But the camera resolution remains at 1080 instead of 2K by today's standard. Also, the Welcome Camera does not work on native app if it's connected to a WiFi network that has multiple WiFi extenders using the same device WiFi name. Additionally the Netatmo Welcome could be improved by including pan and tilt capabilities. Furthermore, many of their products are still not integrated Apple HomeKit.

    The website is easy to understand. I wish that there was more information concerning the capabilities and performance specifications of each device (i.e., accuracy, precision, hysteresis). The clincher for me was the discounts offered at the website, versus what was available at Amazon. The response to my first two customer support inquiries were very fast and professional. Not all of my questions were answered, but I asked some challenging questions (i.e. about comparing Netatmo products to competition.) There was a long lag between my third, post-purchase inquiry and a response. This question was about accuracy. I was offered the chance to return the products for a refund, but that is not what I wanted. Still, it was nice that this option was offered so readily.

    I ordered the rain gauge and the anemometer. I also ordered 2 of the mounting brackets. The order was processed quickly and delivered in a very good number of days. However, I have found that once an owner of Netatmo products there is little response when trying to contact their technical support personnel. I have tried to contact them multiple times with no response at all.

    My experience with Netatmo has been the worst in recent memory. The number of subsidiary companies and locations in the United States and abroad has made the process of a simple product return an unbelievably difficult, puzzling, and awful one. Even if a company is restructuring and discontinuing products, it should be able to figure out the logistics of a return policy that customers can use. I do commend the two staff with whom I’ve spoken for their courtesy and patience. But the company itself earns no praise.

    The portal experience has been extremely bad for me. I ordered a set and chose to pay via PayPal. When I was directed back to the Netatmo website, I was told my order could not be fulfilled due to a lack of inventory. I proceeded to order a smaller set. The order went thru. I then discovered that my PayPal account had been debited for both transactions. No email confirmation of any kind from Netatmo... I ended up receiving both packages! Through a complicated process, I have been able to create an account on Netatmo and reach customer support, which issued me a return slip for the second item I ordered. I proceeded to inform them I had returned the item via the prepaid FedEx postage they provided and would like them to get refunded to my PayPal account. I was told they would have to receive the goods first; returning them in their original non-open box was not enough. It's been weeks; the money has yet to be returned to my PayPal account. What a steal!

    I know that. I have not unboxed the anemometer. I received the PlayStation and the remote temperature sensor as a gift from my son in October. It is too late to return it from Amazon where he bought it and I cannot get your company to respond to me or communicate about the troubleshooting that I need to do to make the remote station work. I’ve done everything I can but I do not have a phone number for you nor do I have an email address in order to get the tech-support that I need or to exchange the defective part any help that you can give me would be appreciated because right now the whole system is a paperweight .

    I am a longtime customer and I needed a replacement for the indoor half of my weather station, not extra modules which I have, but the powered indoor half of the station. That was impossible to do. I had to buy both halves of the wetherstation. I thought I would just pair the new indoor to the old outdoor which was identical to the new outdoor. There were no instructions on how yo do that. There were no instructions online on how to do the. In fact, there are now USA only websites that you have to jump through all kinds of hoops just together on which I refused to do. The long and short of it is that the instruction are even less than minimal. You must install the compete new weather patio both parts, ad then wait of abut 3-0 minutes before you can tell if they are working. The old third party utility that used to post the outside weather on my computer also no longer worked but there was something similar which I finally tracked down to replace that. The widget app for my iPhone with the new system will not show the outside temperature only the inside temperature which is of little help to me. If you open the widget you can see outdoor temp, but the old widget showed the outdoor temp.All there corporate changes take a lot away from the original app, so my three stars was a kind evaluation. The old setup was a straight 5 stars.

    Am a little disappointed with the rain gauge. We calibrated it. However, I can find no way in the Netatmo app to see previous days rainfall. We can see the history of the weather station, the outdoor, and extra indoor module. Not sure how accurate it is, as no way of double-checking total rainfall the next day.

    The “climax” of this story for me was when I selected to “return” the device, hit the button and the screen that came up was the MANUAL!!! Huh? After I believe I made 2 more attempts. I think I found the correct key to enter. Then I came up to another odd problem. So I gave up. I found an email address some other place. It was the wrong email address but at least the guy answered back & gave me the correct address. That is why I was able to return the device.

    Horrible. I have a lot of netatmo devices. I moved to the USA and ordered more products including the smart doorbell. It arrived defective. Tech support told me to send it in for an exchange. But they were not able to tell me how the process works. Legrand support in the USA was not able to tell me either. I even submitted a form via the USA netatmo store website. No reply. Now I’m sitting here with an expensive piece of hardware that doesn’t work and no one can help me. Incredible

    I’ve made multiple phone calls to try to resolve my issue with the anemometer without success. I don’t think the technician that I talked to was very familiar with the product. I want to return the entire system. How do I get a return authorization? Even their website for phone numbers is hard to find and isn’t updated for the various product lines. You have to guess and get transferred.

    I like the Netamo weather instrument, especially how you can locate temperature, rain and wind instruments separately. Very nice design. When it works it's 5 star. But the outdoor module stopped communicating after a year and a half. No sign of fluid ingress, and it would power up. Tech support was not very useful in troubleshooting. I replaced it and lost all my old data (too bad it was really cool).

    Absolutely the worst product and customer service I have ever experienced. When I got the unit I hooked it up and it seemed to be working fine. The next morning I attempted to connect the anemometer. That is when the issues began. I couldn’t get the anemometer to connect to the system and simply got a searching for unit. I went online to find tech support band was directed to send an email. I sent the email then a few hours later got an automated response saying I had to call the US group and supplied a phone number. I called the number and was told I had the wrong section and was transferred. I then had to explain my issues again and was again told they couldn’t help and was transferred to another number this time I was told by tech support that the anemometer was difficult to connect and to delete everything and start over. I did so and now I got an error telling me the main unit could not connect as it was already connected to wifi but could not be removed. Back to customer service for help or return and told I didn’t purchase from Netatmo so it couldn’t be returned. I called PayPal and they told me I had purchased from Netatmo as I had told customer service. PayPal disputed the charge for em since Netatmo appeared clueless. I ended up being able to return the item thanks to PayPal being involved. All I really wanted was a unit that worked but Netatmo never even offered to replace the defective unit and so they lost a customer as a result. Terrible business model and a faulty product.
