I had to send several emails and requested a refund after no resolution within 48 hours. Digitalmaze provided a product key after 48 hours and ignored the refund request with no explanation. Email communication mentioned a 10% refund for inconvenience which was never processed or received. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
