Verified reviewOrdered Win 11 Key for new computer, the order process was smooth and the price was right. One "glitch" my initial e-mail confirmation that was to have the Key, there was no key. Sent information to support, and they replied quickly to let me know, there was an "oops" they ran out of Keys, but that they'd order more from their distributor and I should have my Key in about 24 hours. Sure enough the following afternoon my key.

Verified reviewGood products. Product pricing is not so good. This is the third time I have purchased the same product - 1) 4/2020 for $63.00, 2) 11/2021 for $51.00 and 3) 10/2025 for $94.99. What justifies the 86% price increase on a product released in 2019?

Verified reviewFirst, customer support by Ted was very good. Without his help my rating would have been zero. Second, instructions for using the MS Office 2024 license were criminally negligent/deceptive. Initial emails with my license had a download button that took me to a Shopify web site and tricked me into setting up a Shopify account that was never any help in getting my software set up. It took several hours over several days of google and YouTube searching to finally find out how to get my software license and the software installed. In retrospect it seemed needlessly incredibly frustrating like a never ending nightmare. Digitalmaze web site says customer support is 24/7, but it seemed like I never received a reply on a weekend. Note that I've had computers for over 20 years and I never remember having this much trouble loading a software product. Clear instructions up front would have made this SO MUCH better.
