Ryan, I am sorry to hear about your order. I do wish to clarify on a few things here. Each package is shipped exactly as it is packaged from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, some delivery drivers are not as careful as they should be. Tossing and jostling a package, especially shocks, can sometimes cause them to poke out. We have seen this happen and they generally put tape on holes to ensure no other parts come out. However, we do also put insurance on all packages in case something like this occurs. If something does arrive damaged, missing parts, or is incorrect, we can always help resolve the issue. However, I do not see any communications from you regarding this issue. We always recommend to notify us immediately if something does not arrive correctly. If you have not already, we recommend to contact us to open a proper investigation and help resolve the issue. Reviewing your order and communication history, you had notified us about this and we were working to get this sorted out. Your email was sent on 4/18, over the weekend when we are closed, and we replied to it asking for more info from you on 4/20 when we opened for the week. However, we have since not heard from you. The ticket is still open and we can still proceed in trying to have this issue resolved. In some cases, emails may end up in your spam/junk folders and we recommend to check there if you don't see it your main box.
