Verified reviewI originally ordered a set of shocks that was clearly listed as "In Stock". I get a call the next day saying these shocks aren't in stock and are 3-4 months out and offered to switch me over to a different set and they would refund me the difference which at the time, I accepted because a 3 month wait wasn't in the cards for me. I called back 2 hours later because I decided I wanted to cancel instead. The customer service rep on the phone tells me they can't cancel my order because it had already shipped. Coincidentally, I receive a shipping confirmation immediately after he says this. He tells me I can just send it back after it's delivered at my door step and they'd even waive the restocking fee. Great, right? Once I receive the item and email them to initiate a return, I was told I have to pay for my own shipping and my refund doesn't include shipping I originally paid during purchase. The shocks weight 40lbs and the box is big. The cheapest shipping option was $124. I called back. Their response: "you can try another carrier". All in all, I'm down over $100 from this entire ordeal all because they failed to list the item as out of stock and still decided to take orders for a product that they won't have in their warehouse for months. As I'm writing this, their website STILL says the item is in stock. I highly recommend potential customers look elsewhere.

Wilson, I am sorry to hear about your situation. I do wish to clarify on a few things on here. The order was placed on Monday, 3/23 at 12am, well before we were open for the day and unable to check stock at that time. Since orders come through over the weekend, when we are closed as well, they are processed through on Monday when we open for the week. This can sometimes cause items to run out of stock before we get to orders placed after. Unfortunately, we had run out of stock when we got to your order. We made sure to come up with a alternative and contact you immediately. During the conversation, you did accept the alternative and to ensure the order arrived quickly, we processed the order as fast as we could. The order was able to ship shortly after the call and tracking was due to update a bit later when our system syncs with the warehouse. You later contacted us to cancel the order, but by this time, the order had already left on the early shipment. Tracking was extracted and sent to you to confirm the shipment. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer cancel the order. We later helped in processing a return and we do notate the return process on our site. Though we try to ensure customers receive their parts quickly, it can sometimes cause issues like this. We did try to help with some of the potential fees, but we cannot cover everything. As of right now, the parts were confirmed to be back in stock from a limited shipment that Tein provided us with, this is why the parts show in stock now. During the Tax season parts can quickly run out, especially over the weekend when many orders are placed. If something like this occurs, we ensure to let the customers know and provide them with options. In the end, we did everything we could to ensure you are informed and your options were made clear. The order was placed on 3/25 and we attempted to contact you the same day regarding the hold on the order. This is often caused by high dollar amounts or mismatching information. You contacted us later in the day and we went over the details regarding the hold. You also requested a change of address at the same time as well, which also requires a verification. The billing rep was not available at the time you called and so you requested a call back. The rep attempted to contact you the same day, but you did not answer. The rep attempted to contact you again the following day to complete the process, and once again, you did not answer. We have been attempting to contact you since then to finalize the order, update the address, and remove the hold, but have not heard from you since. The order is still pending and we can process at any time, we simply need you to call in or answer when we try to reach you, to go over the details and confirm the order. Soua, I am sorry to hear about your situation. I do wish to clarify on a few things here. Reviewing the order, I do see that everything was processed through and shipped quickly. The order was placed on 3/5 and tracking was provided the following day on 3/6. Reviewing the tracking info, it appears the that courier service, FedEX in this case, did have some delays due to bad weather. FedEx also reported other issues during their delivery. However, these appear to be driver related or mistakes on their part. The package was shown to be delivered on 3/21 and you reported the issue and refused the package. It seems that FedEx again delivered the package to you and a proper claim was started. As this was an issue caused by FedEx, we must follow the claim procedure. However, we did also notify you that a replacement is being prepared with a return label included. This is due to ship shortly and we are keeping you updated on the process. We understand the frustration this has caused. Though rare, issues with the courier services can occur. This can be caused by bad weather, as they reported, or issues with the delivery drivers. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and can only follow up with the claim process. We have ensured this is being handled and a replacement will be sent to you as well.
