Verified reviewI have a back order pending from April. There has been no communication from KW until I called them. Customer Service person seemed bored and indifferent and could only say they expected the part by the end of the month. I've gotten this reception from their CS people before. i am currently seeking a different vendor.

Verified reviewThe site is easy to navigate, and search for parts, also very good appearance wise. KW carries a lot of parts other suppliers simply do not have, and that is the main reason I am an occasional customer. What keeps me from being a regular customer is a lot of the parts offered on the site are of unknown origin, which translates to me as likely being Asian import parts which I avoid buying. Other items are of known quality and origin and I will buy those except when I can find the same thing elsewhere for a lower price, which is often the case. KW is an important part of keeping the old Jeeps in service, and will remain on my list of suppliers because the inventory is larger than many other suppliers, but it is not my first choice due to the reasons mentioned above.
