Verified reviewOrdered MC brake cylinder repair Part # 805654 for 1951 M38. Although not listed in parts or in picture, the kit arrived with both crush washers. It would have been nice to know before ordering that the washers were included! I ordered washers separately and ended up paying separate shipping. Shipping cost more than actual parts. All parts fit fine and came very quickly....

Verified reviewSecond time I ordered a fuel sending unit for my 51 SW. BOTH TIMES AFTER A FEW DAYS RECIEVED EMAIL SAYING THAT THE ITEM WAS NOT IN STOCK. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT IF YOUR OUT OFSTOCK ON AN ITEM, YOU COULD LET THE BUYER KNOW WHEN THEY FIRST PLACE THE ORDER THAT IS OOS. SAVE THE BYER TIME SO THEY CAN PERSUE OTHER SELLERS. JUST A THOUGHT. Sorry for any issue. We email same business day about any backorders. Of the dozens of items, we have sent you I only see a few were delayed. My apologies in general on it. We stock and carry several times more than any other place out there. Due to the nature of the parts some things can get caught between shipments. Verified reviewThe site navigation is extremely slow. If you are ordering more than 1 or 2 parts, plan to be waiting for the site to load the different sections for quite a while. they have parts that are listed as out of stock, or call for, but that isn't always correct. I ordered a master clutch kit for my 226 that was not listed out of stock, but I received an email stating that the pressure plate was on back order. I called to check on how long it would take to come in and was told 30 to 45 days. of course that is before the week to deliver it to my house. Overall, I have had good experiences with Kaiser Willy's. They just need to do a little fine tunning on their site and make sure they have the parts that are listed available.

Verified reviewI ordered a saturn overdrive they said it would take 90 too 120 days to get it . It took 100 days to show up at my house. I am very happy with it. It was packaged very nicely and in perfect shape. It would have been nice if they would have e-mailed me that it was shipped. besides that great service thanks Geoffrey
