Verified reviewI needed a replacement speedo for my CJ5. KW says they have an OEM version (they elude to it being in stock). I ordered it and replacement dash lights. They send a conformation that the order is in process. A week later I get an email that my order has been processed and BOTH ITEMS have been shipped. 9 days later I get a box in the mail half the size of the speedo... A little box of air and a tiny box of dash lights. when I inquired, you get indignant and tell it's been on back order and we never said it was in stock. Your web sight said it was, your conformation email said it was, YOUR SHIPPING REPLY SAID YOU SHIPPED IT! BUT... you didn't. Now your only reply is "we can cancel your order" My guess is that if I did that you will want to charge a restocking fee. At this point I don't expect to much of anything from you.

Verified reviewWhen placing an order via the website there is no indication if the item is in stock or not. You have no way of knowing. You may wait weeks for your order not knowing the status. When you call and do a follow up, they tell you it's on back order. Inventory should be up to date on your website. Saves time when working on your project. It's a crap shoot when ordering from them.

Verified reviewI ordered a brake arm for my 55 CJ5 and originially got the most universal of those available. After installing, I I found there was not enough offset to put the end of the arm center of the hole in the tub. My jeep required an oem #647653 arm. Staff at Kaiser swapped those out for me quickly with no problems
