Almost done with rewiring the entire jeep by myself with no help and no wiring harnesses. So far I have figured it all out and I have not had to contact you but one never knows until the job is fully done. THANKS for support

In the rare instance that they don't have a part you need, they can recommend a salvage yard who can help. Kaiser Willys also partners with Red Eye Garage to provide top shelf educational and "how to" videos for maintaining and repairing your vehicle as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Spontaneous reviewOrdered one part online website did not say whether part was out of stock or in stock after a week with no movement on shipping status I emailed them. I was told due to low staffing and computer is not talking between systems when you order you can’t tell if it’s in stock or out of stock.. I was told it would ship any day after many days and not seeing a status change. I emailed again it was basically told if I don’t like it cancel my order. My experience with this company is hit or miss out of three orders every time there is product missing out of the order that gets shipped later with no communication you just have to guess and hope that it will ship. There is no proactive communication. I was told I need to call before a place orders to see if things are in stock. I have to email him to get updates on when things will ship and when you do that, you don’t get an answer. After many many orders through this company, I am now switching to one of the many other providers of Jeep parts.. too bad poor customer service and lack of specifics in treating a longtime customer has forced me to use other providers. As of today, my order placed on September 21 has still not shipped, my email asking for a shipping timeframe as of October 3 has been ignored for full 24 hours. I’m not sure why a company would blame inventory systems in poor staffing in a warehouse as a reason for a product not shipping.. why do you put that on me? Shouldn’t that be your problem to solve?
