It was brand new in a ford bag. It was easy to order. They kept me up to date on delivery with tracking numbers. If I need another part for my old car. I will order here again. Found the part at a significant discount from a local dealer...the part was a bit different, but the original was made in 2016, perhaps the new have changed a bit. Fit in well and seems to work well....I passed emissions testing... I'll use them again if necessary...
