Verified reviewI started looking for this part early October (15775801 New #) internal cooling fan (for Hayward Pool pump motor (SP322OZ1ECM3 Century) I got the run around from Regal/Nexard and CHS, "can't find it" "don't make it" "have to order it" Back and forth for days!!! I finally contacted a local pool builder (does not sell direct but still helped me) He went directly to CHS web site and found the correct part, in stock in your store!!! Ordered it online with 2-day urgent. Got it Oct. 12th. box had been crushed (properly marked fragile-do not stack on top) opened up to find out it was broken due to improper packing!!!! Order desk people are not trained to help the customer with small problems (multiple phone conversations. (Factory is not responding. All we can do is have you order the item, and we can send it over to them to find out if they will give it to us.) (We do not have another option as this one is Made for your application) (Let me check with purchasing and see if they can confirm that we can get it.) These are ridicules' answers. All of this info has been sent back to order desk for replacement (with photos) I retired 35 years from Exxon/Mobil in upper management, I have delt with hundreds of vendors and have not ever seen such a cluster disaster. Need better communication-better training-product knowledge-need to be able to communicate with technical support to resolve problems.

We are sorry you feel you got the Run around from both CSH and Regal Rexnord- we however were trying to find you the exact part you were needing and it was taking sometime to do the research, see if factory had stock etc. The part you ordered that we did have in stock was not the part our Technical Department recommended. The part we recommended was not in our stock and we were having some difficulty getting an ETA from the factory. We apologized about the damage and sent you out a replacement to ship 2nd day air as you requested to try and get you taken care of. Seeing how there was several back and forth with our Customer Service along with our Technical Team, I feel we went above and beyond to try and get you the correct part. Thank you,

Can or will you keep me updated on when the product can be available? OR not at all. Also I think this all could have been avoided if I would I would have been able to talk to the tech..

Verified reviewOverall great experience. Part was easy to find on their website. Customer service was out of the park. Originally picked a more expensive shipping option thinking it would get here faster but their customer service called and let me know the free shipping would get it their quicker. It saved me $50 in shipping fees. Will definitely buy from them again.
