  The site was easy to use. I already had part number I needed. I ordered the part on line, just used normal ups shipping expected it in 2 or 3 days, the parts actually arrived the next day.   The website was easy to use. The search engine brought up exactly what I was looking for the first time. Setting up the account was easy and straightforward. The checkout was simple and smooth. The product arrived much faster than expected. However, it arrived slightly damaged due to inadequate manufacturer packaging, (not CSH). I was able to repair the damage so, no need to involve customer service. The product worked well and was the best priced that I could find. I recommend CSH.

  I called before ordering to make sure it was the correct part (there was two possible for my furnace). The person answered my questions and located the part at their Conn. warehouse. It shipped that day. UPS was a little slow delivering probably due to the weather. Part was delivered exactly as described and worked flawlessly.
