  I emailed the company looking for a part for our furnace. I gave them the part number. They gave me a replacement part for my original part that was $hundred of dollars less. It shipped in a timely and I received it in 4 days. Just in time before the snow storm.

  I aced an order for a fasco 50757-d500 . The website said it would be delivered withing a few days. It's now been over a month and I still have not received the item I paid $130+ for. I have been given the run around and desperately feel entrusting of them. I have asked over 5 times for the product or a full refund. And to no avail I still get words of unencouragement that this will be anything but a scam from this company. At this point I'll be taking g this all to the police along with sueing cshincorporated. And to think, all I wanted was to buy the fan and motor from them that would heat my house and keep my young children warm.

  Needed Priority Shipping option on their website on a Friday, no shipping until Monday and then delivery 5 days and not three so charged over $60 for Priority Shipping and got ground and email excuse was not use USPS that was the option on their website. their Customer Service fails, their shipping failed...

  It took me a while to order the RV slide motor I needed but once I made up my mind and ordered everything went smoothly. I actually order it on a Saturday and on Monday when they opened they processed and shipped very expeditiously. It was processed and shipped on 16 December and I received it on 18 December, you can ask for any better than that. These folks are professionals, they will answer your questions and help you in determining what you need and get it to you quickly. Oh also the motor was very well packaged to keep it from damage. Thanks for being professional customer oriented business!

  We were very with the quick response on this part this week. Monday morning was one of warmer days but come Wednesday we were going to below double digits and I did not want my tenant to freeze it took an extra day because they need to confirm delivery address. When I got it was the correct part, fit and functioned perfectly, I will be ordering another one of the same motors just to have stored away at home. Thank you for saving us from the frigid cold of Chicago.
