Hello- I see this item got delivered yesterday, glad you received. Just to be clear, CSH did ship out your order same day to ship Next Day Air, the delay was caused by UPS. Unfortunately, UPS next day airs are not guaranteed however I am trying to file a claim. If I am able to recover any of the shipping cost I will most certainly pass along. Thank you,
