Verified reviewI cannot imagine an easier, breezier process of finding our perfect sapphire engagement ring. After some research, we knew we wanted a sapphire, and after reviewing the options over a week or two, were quite specific about what we were looking for. We were in talks with a couple of different jewelers in addition to The Natural Sapphire Company, but in the end went with TNSC for a variety of reasons. The website had incredibly, true to life, images and the way it was set up made it really simple to drill down and find the exact stones that worked for us (we were looking for high clarity, green/blue from Montana, at a specific price point). The number of stones they had seemed endless, as well as the pricing options, and TNSC had the most variety. Katherine was with us every step of the way and really helped us find the right stone. She truly went above and beyond, particularly when we liked 6 different stones and she offered to share videos of the stones in various lighting conditions. There was zero pressure to make a decision, which we really appreciated. I really loved the renderings as well, which were very helpful for us to review the different setting options. When the ring arrived, it was even more beautiful than we thought it would be! I encourage anyone that is interested in a sapphire to explore TNSC. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Verified reviewI must say that I was initially sceptical about purchasing an emerald ring online knowing that I will not have the opportunity to visit the shop personally. However, after going through their website and comparing it to other shops I had seen both online and around where I live there was no one offering a better variety and more comprehensive service. Once I got in touch with Lauren my concerns were allayed. The level of service and customer care that I received were second to none. The ring itself is simply a thing of beauty! I would definitely be buying again from Lauren.

Verified reviewAmazing website that really lets you see what you are getting. Being able to see high resolution pictures of the actual stones is wonderful! After choosing stone and setting, Lauren sent me images of what the ring would look like and was a huge help through every step of the way. Once production started it was completed several days before the original estimated date and shipped out. I quickly received a package of beautiful ring and full documentation. I can't believe how easy it all was with Lauren's help. Incredible quality and experience, definitely recommend!

Verified reviewUsing the site was very easy and clear. All info about the gems (and any other item), with multiple pics, was on there. Before fully deciding on what to purchase, I contacted NSC to set up an appointment to view a few gems that I was interested in. I was helped by a Ms. Katherine Hoyt. Her customer service & professionalism was A . To aide me in my decision making, Katherine was able to send me an image of what my ring would look like after production. Which sealed the deal for me. She was very helpful throughout the whole process. From the viewing and up until I received my final piece. Which is a custom sapphire engagement ring. I am very pleased with my purchase. It was beautiful on the computer screen and is much more beautiful in person. I also would like to thank the person or people that worked behind the scenes that put my ring together. They did a wonderful job! I will definitely be doing future business with Katherine and NSC. I highly recommend this company! Definitely worth every penny!

Verified reviewGetting an engagement ring for your other half could be very joyous but stressful at the same time. Trying to pick the setting and the stone to represent your love forever is not easy. THANK GOD FOR LAUREN!!! And the entire sapphire company.! Once we picked the stone and setting we both loved Lauren suggested some custom features that would make the ring unique. The entire process was done with care and excellent professionalism , not once did we feel pressured or pushed to make a decision. Lauren kept in contact every day to let us know the progression, she didnt have to as im sure we weren't the only people she was working with , but she did.! The Natural Sapphire Company truly does amazing work while making you feel like family even after they get paid for the work!. Amazing experience and Great price. Thank you everyone who worked on our happy Little project!.
