I worked with Lauren and she guided me through the white sapphire selection. She was wonderful, very attentive and listening to my wishes. I had a setting in mind that was not ready made. And despite me looking for existing ones that “looked like” it, she asked her team to create a rendering of what I liked. She really went the extra mile for me and I am so appreciative of that. She even made sure that the engravings are aligned on both my anniversary ring and the band!! I find my ring STUNNING and UNIQUE!

I have made purchases from IDC in store that did not come close to the online purchase of the natural sapphire company. The process was so good, I went back and purchased a ruby and, emerald and my wife got another sapphire. No gimmick, you get the actual gem you purchase, documentation to go with it and great customer service!

The site was easy to maneuver and once I made the order, the sales representative was quick to make contact. Roy helped me and he did a great job of keeping me up to date on the status of the ring and providing answers for any questions I had.
