Verified reviewI love my sapphire, thank you Lauren! I really appreciate that you can order sapphires for preview. It really helps to make a decision on the right one when you can order see multiple sapphires in person and return the others. I especially appreciated that this was an option since I live in Canada, and it involved cross-border shipping, but would caution other Canadians that you'll have to pay customs on every stone you preview and seek refunds for the ones you return. The customs aspects of this process were a bit of hassle, but there's no way around it, and I appreciated how patient and accomodating Lauren and Katherine were during the process. It was worth it to see the stones in person and make a decision that way. I would gladly reccomend Natural Sapphire Company to anyone looking for a sapphire.

Verified reviewI custom-ordered a ring. Unlike what I had imagined, they were friendly and not at all pushy. Lauren was patient and helpful, knowledgeable about the products which come in a wide range of colors (of sapphire) and styles. Craftsmanship surpassed my expectations. One has to wait for few weeks for the product to be delivered (or picked up), but it’s definitely worth a wait.

Time was short, only 10 days away from the anniversary date. I emailed them and explained the situation, hoping it would be possible to get the desired pendant in time. Neli M. quickly responded. He said he would make the arrangements and expedite the order (at their expense) as a gesture of support and good will. Neli M. and his associate Katherine H. kept me informed of the progress every step along the way: when it was started, the anticipated mail date, the day it was mailed, and the expected delivery date via FedEx. Sure enough, I received the necklace and pendant 2 days before my anniversary date. And WOW, the necklace and gem were stunning! Beautiful! The package contained a very nice jewelry box for the pendant along with a very classy envelope package with detailed certifications! They did an outstanding job helping me, and the quality of the pendant is superb. Website was excellent to use & process the Order, correspondence between Lauren & Katherine was also excellent with no delays in answering questions. Was initally concerned as I live in Australia & Ring in New York & no way of ensuring that once paid for that ring would advise. FedeX was also great at sending package, arrived on time & in excellent condition. Recommend company to anyone wanting to buy a Ruby Ring.
