Verified reviewI have long wanted a padparadscha ring. With Katherine Hoyt’s assistance, I selected a stunning 3 carat oval loose stone of the most gorgeous color intensity. I then chose a simple rose gold solitaire setting for the stone. NSC emailed me a mock -up of the finished product, so I could confirm that was what I wanted. Katherine was in contact with me during the entire process. I received the finished ring in about two weeks. It is absolutely perfect, and exceeded my admittedly high expectations. I’m a geologist, and a natural stone (gem) snob. The selection of loose and untreated stones was impressive, and the choice of settings was expansive. I look forward to working with Katherine in the future, as I check off my bucket list of gemstone jewelry.

With Natural Sapphire company not only I found better selection of stones and settings, I was able to educate myself about sapphires, choose confidently based on this information, and once I reached out to customer support - I received pictures and renderings of my selections that helped me compare different stones and settings. Maria was fantastic in helping me through this process and when I finally received my ring - I was ecstatic. it is exactly what I wanted, and it is beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

Verified reviewI have done a couple of orders with TNS Company, and extremely pleased with everything about them. The site is easy to use, allows comparative views of the sapphires and various mounts. They also do rendering , so you can see the stones in the mounts. Their sales/service is top notch, and has always addressed my concerns and wishes completely. Their packaging and shipping are first class. I was very impressed when I received my orders. They really go the extra nine yards. Their site also has an education section that covers a lot about sapphires from the ground to the display. Looks like they have it all under control. I had looked at a lot of other sites for sapphires before finding TheNaturalSapphire web site. Haven't gone back to any others. Their pricing is ,I believe, better than the others, and you can really see what you are getting. I cannot say enough about them and doing business with them. Lauren in sales, is a jewel, and she worked with me all through the selection process. I was in professional sales for over 50 years, and I am very demanding, and critical. She fulfilled all my needs, and more. Very personable. All this, and there is no pressure at all. If you need custom design, they have people to help you with that. If you are looking for sapphires, look no further. They are the best.

Verified reviewNothing but good things to say about this company! Website navigation was easy and they have a diverse selection of gemstones. Katherine was a pleasure to work with and walked me though the whole process with constant communication. She even helped me pick a great 2nd option because my first choice was no longer available. Ended up liking it just as much! I would definitely work with them again.
