Verified reviewI had a custom necklace made, which is a present for my daughter. The necklace is beautiful, and exactly as I expected! I needed a small change with respect to the standard setting, and my representative Marie was very responsive and helpful (even though this is a lower-cost item). The necklace turned out beautifully, I am sure my daughter will love it! It looks just like the custom rendering Marie sent me, and the light ocean green colored sapphire is perfect. I love the selection of natural, untreated sapphires in beautiful unique colors! I will certainly be buying more jewelry from this company in the future. Customs fees are of course no fun, but they were exactly as expected based on the information on thenaturalsapphirecompany.com website FAQ. They shipped via FedEx, which is the only courier that seems to manage customs fees in a reasonable way in my location (with many couriers, the customs fees often end up significantly higher than they should be, with no real recourse other than sending the item back).
