Verified reviewI was nervous about making such a $$$ purchase online with a company I was not familiar with other than seeing their beautiful IG stories and posts. Neli was a pleasure to work with and everything was received just as promised packed incredibly well. When I opened the package it was packed beautifully and far exceeded my expectations. My blue sapphire ring in a double pave’ setting is absolutely gorgeous, and I can’t stop staring at it. I will definitely use The Natural Sapphire Company for any future sapphire, ruby, or emerald pieces in the future.

Verified reviewKatherine was amazing to work with. I was hesitant to do pursue the Natural Sapphire Company at first just because it was an online purchase for a sapphire. But after looking at other companies I kept coming back to NSC! I love the education they give on sapphires, their origin, treatments, care, etc. I also loved as I was choosing the right sapphire for our engagement ring, Katherine would send over some renderings of stone settings, along with with taking picture of the sapphires we were comparing in different lights. I did purchase and return 2 during the process, but the return policy is so smooth and easy. And alas, the 3rd time was the charm because we found the perfect pear cut Montana blue gray sapphire. Thank you Katharine for all your help and quick and clear correspondence. Highly recommend the NSC even if you don’t live in New York City.

I then asked for another stone. The staff sent me pics and video clip of the stone under different lighting conditions. So I ordered it and when received it was lovely.

Verified reviewI purchased two sapphires for two projects six months apart: summer 2022 and February 2023. Two different jewelers (with different expertise) in my home town were tasked with setting the stones and both were amazed at the quality for the price. Because I had some trade in credit, I invited the second jeweler to obtain the sapphire for my ring build at a comparable quality and price and he said he had no source to match the one I selected online. Lauren, the senior sales associate I worked with both times, provided impeccable customer service. I needed to secure the sale, but wait a couple of weeks to ship the stone because my jeweler was going to a conference, and Lauren made it easy to comply with my requests. Through this process, I initially selected a sapphire that was too small for my project, so I needed to return and upgrade---that was very easy, considering it is valuable and has some return guidelines. I wouldn't hesitate to work with this company and it's fine personnel again.

Verified reviewThe company's website offered vast amounts of information and images. I learned quite a lot about sapphires and the design and fabrication of jewelry. Without the expertise and patient guidance of Katherine, however, my idea of what I was looking for would never have come to fruition. The final product was a breathtakingly beautiful ring. The company did just as promised and the process and final outcome did not disappoint. I would not hesitate to work with both Katherine and the Natural Sapphire Company again.

Whenever I had a question about how long it would take to make the ring or ship it, where I could ship it to, etc., Katherine answered me promptly. Buying expensive things online can be a little worrisome. Katherine's attentiveness put my mind at ease. The ring arrived ahead of schedule and exactly as I ordered it.

Verified reviewMy partner and I ordered my green sapphire engagement ring from The Natural Sapphire Company and I am truly in love with everything about it. What a wonderful process overall! Site navigation is very intuitive and building your own ring is a special experience. Communication with Marie was easy and helpful. My ring came 3 weeks after ordering. I chose The Natural Sapphire Company because it has by far the most sapphires to choose from (especially green) and beautiful delicate gold bands. I loved being able to look up close at each gem from all angles and decide what fit me best. This also was the only company I could find an intricate 18k gold band and a 1ct gem within my budget of $1,300. I highly recommend them!
