During my exploration period, I changed my mind on stones and settings and she was also helpful and positive. In addition, their website is awesome. You can see the actual stones and you can filter based on all types of attributes. You can do comparisons against other stones and settings too. In the end, I received the most lovely ring.

Verified reviewWe are very happy that we went with the Natural Sapphire Company for our engagement ring! Neli Maduwanthi helped us through the design and ordering process and was very kind, helpful, and professional. My fiancé was involved within the initial few conversations, as every sapphire is so unique. Once we nailed down a few details, the communication switched to just myself and Neil for the ordering process. Throughout our whole experience, the site was very accessible and transparent regarding the steps needed to buy our ring. Other sites that sell gemstones or other sapphires don't provide as much information regarding the specific stone. The videos in different lighting were SO helpful narrowing down the right sapphire for us. The delivery process very smooth. With being a more expensive package, it needed a signature for the delivery, and with our funky work schedule we had it delivered to a FedEx store for storage until I could come pick it up. The ring came very well packaged with at least three boxes to protect the ring. It also included in appraisal packet, cleaner, ring bag, etc... We ended up needing the ring resize and one minor repair and were assisted by both Neli and Su Su (who was very friendly and informative)! The return shipping instructions were very clear and included so much helpful information. We only had to pay for the shipping, which was only $20.00! I definitely recommend keeping the boxes that the ring comes in, until you actually propose (as it can be used for returns/repairs). We couldn't be happier with the Green Sapphire we picked - it has so much character to it and is different in every lighting! We cannot wait for it to come back, once the resize/repair is done! We will definitely be recommending The Natural Sapphire Company to others! Thank you!

The website is very userfriendly, and the location and offices both convenient and discreet respectively. The selections of precious gems are highest quality and varied for many options. However, what makes all the difference is the Service. Su is pleasant and a courteous greeter, and then comes the real Super Star - Lauren ! She is an excellent listener, and adapted easily to my needs and expectations. Her very indepth knowledge did not overwhelm me, as she makes all the complex and involved criteria 'user friendly'. Her recommendation was sincere, evident that she guided me not to just spend more for size of a gem, which was also more expensive, but find better quality even if it was slightly smaller or less expensive - because she was focused on my needs and being fair on delivering best for me. Impressive and rare ! Lauren's after sales approach has been professional and accommodating for small follow up assistance and clarifications. Natural Sapphire Company is a great destination both for the product but as you can read from my first hand experience for its people like Lauren. Lauren was most helpful in selecting stone in a setting that really complemented it. It was very helpful to be able to see pictures of the actual stone and ring before the purchase was made. Once we received it, we were very excited as it was exactly as depicted, and was truly beautiful. my wife loves it and the experience was very good.

Lauren was very helpful in sending extra pictures of multiple stones for comparison, as well as videos. Her knowledge and experience were integral to deciding which side stones and metal to choose. Lauren and the design team at the Natural Emerald Company were professional, knowledgeable, and brought my custom design to life. Delivery was via FedEx, and there were no problems. I couldn't be more pleased with the end product.
