We spent a couple of days comparing rubies on The Natural Ruby Company website as there was a large number to choose from. This was great as we took our time to select the gem that was the best combination of colour, cut, size and price for us. We added a setting with shoulder diamonds and placed the order. After verifying their legitimacy online through the Better Business Bureau, I made an appointment to look at a particular stone. The best part of their website is the ability to mock up different stone and setting combinations, but it was also easy to use and very clear in displaying available inventory. Lauren was prompt in responding to a request for an appointment, and came prepared with not only the stone I wanted to see, but other options as well. During the appointment, she was patient, knowledgeable and supportive of what I wanted. I decided to customize a setting they already had, and she ensured the process was smooth. After 3 rounds of high-resolution renderings, we settled on the final design. There was no moment when anyone tried to upsell me, and I felt supported in getting what I wanted. I am grateful to Lauren for providing a professional, informational and supportive experience for purchasing my engagement ring, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase jewelry.

Verified reviewWhile buying an investment piece of jewelry online can be intimidating, NSC made me feel at ease with the multiple photos and videos available to view your selection. The company will send your selections to your home for approval prior to setting the stone, though I didn't choose this option. I love my "commitment to me" ring! Just what I wanted!!

It is an elaborate model requiring a lot of work and a great deal of talent. They did a marvelous job making the pendant. It became beautiful beyond belief and I love it! I like to express my appreciation of the help that Ms. Lauren Kelly-Nelson gave me through the long process of making the pendant. She was very kind and made sure all my wishes for the details of the pendant were taken care of. She worked very hard on this difficult project and I am very grateful to her! My pendant looks stunning!

Verified reviewMy wife wanted a sapphire ring for an anniversary present. I researched several of the big-name jewelry websites and then found The Natural Sapphire Company so checked them out. By far the best selection and not to difficult to shop for the stone when you study their info on the 4-c's, etc. So after finding the stone I picked the perfect ring/mount and then wondered about size and other issues. Katherine stepped in and was super helpful and had the team produce photo mockups so we could see what the final result would look like. Then she provided some photos of the stone on a model's hand for further sizing evaluation. Overall spending a bunch of money for jewelry after all the stories you hear about buying jewelry, is stressful. The process took a while, because I wanted to see the photos and then come back after a week and revisit ... and then again and again, but Katherine was patient. When the timing was right I pulled the trigger and then it was a relatively short wait for delivery. My wife and I were a little edgy until we saw the ring and it was perfect, just like the photos, size of the stone/setting was great for my wife's hand size, nothing could have been better. Thanks to Katherine and the great team that made it very comfortable. I'm already researching emeralds for the next anniversary!
