Verified reviewFantastic service, there wasn’t one point in the process where it felt like my opinion was not important or could not be considered. They did essentially a free modification to the design selection I made to make the individual diamonds in a halo larger, drafted up the new design, and sent a preliminary then also a color model of it for my approval. The actual ring is even more beautiful than I could have expected. These people are professionals in every sense. Thank you for an incredible experience.

Verified reviewOur rep at The Natural Sapphire C., Amrita Kundu, was spectacular throughout the entire process. This ring was intended to be a very special remembrance of my wife's dear Father who passed away in December. We picked a beautiful tangerine sapphire, and then built a custom 18K setting around it that would enhance the beauty of the stone and also protect it so she could wear it every day. The 3D pics, and then the wax model, ensured that the design was exactly what we envisioned, and that the fit was perfect too. Amrita kept us well-informed all along the way, and checked in after we received the ring to make sure the product they delivered was just right. Kudos to Amrita and the entire TNSC team for a job well done.

Verified reviewMy wife and I have been looking for a bracelet for our daughter’s 40th birthday. We found a bracelet on line at The National Sapphire Company. We talked to Lauren, who was extremely helpful over the phone. Since we had an upcoming trip planned to NYC in just over a week, we asked Lauren if she cold hold the bracelet for us so we could see it in person before making a final decision. Without hesitation, Lauren agreed. To make a long story a bit shorter, we met with Lauren and our experience could not have been better. The bracelet we had picked out looked exactly like it did on line, but we were able to see several more. We ultimately picked a different one, but everything Lauren told us over the phone was completely accurate. We had an outstanding experience!

She answered my questions promptly and gave excellent advice. The delivery process was also handled very well. The wax model that this company offers is extremely helpful for visualizing how the finished piece will look. I highly recommend ordering one. Overall, I would definitely order from NSC again. I learned a lot about sapphires and was able to make an informed decision and feel that the price was fair. This is a reputable company and I feel very comfortable doing business with them.

From start to finish, the process was smooth, enjoyable, and truly felt personalized. Choosing the right emerald took some time, but Neli was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She graciously helped me through the challenging process of selecting a stone online, putting together side-by-side images to help me see the subtle differences in the intensity and brilliance of the stones, and made sure I found a stone that felt perfect. There was never any pressure—just thoughtful guidance and a genuine commitment to helping me make the right choice—even with the tough subjective points on colors and transparency. Neli and team even pulled a stone back from a show to help me make the comparison against another I was looking at! Truly an exceptional commitment to helping me find the right one! Once I picked the stone, designing the ring was just as seamless. Neli really listened to my vision, offering expert recommendations to balance aesthetics and durability, and to help modify a design to incorporate my preferred elements. She made sure every detail was just right, and I felt like I was in great hands at every step of the process. After finalizing the design, everything moved forward quickly. The order was processed efficiently, and the turnaround time was impressive, including detailed and accurate updates as the ring was created and the stone set. When I finally got the finished ring delivered, it was even more stunning than I had imagined from the CAD designs and pictures Neil shared. Overall, working with Neli and the team was a fantastic experience. They made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and exciting. If you’re looking for a custom piece and want someone who truly cares about getting every detail right, I highly recommend working with them.
