  I've been a customer of theirs since early 2008, printers, toner & maintance. they are always helpful and first class in their customer service. if there is a problem they fix it. You won't be disappointed in doing business with Printer Showcase.

  Andy and his staff were very accommodating and helpful on selecting the right MFP for my business. After the sale Andy provided great detail on the estimated date of delivery to assure that I was around to receive the printer. Great customer service and I would buy again from Printershowcase!

  Provides a good overview and lets you know the printers they handle. I have purchased several printers of various types from them at various times, as well as supplies. Their after-sale support is excellent.

  I love this company. When I place an order, I know that the products will be well priced and the service to notch. My order is shipped quickly and correctly.   When I called the customer service number to ask questions about some printers I had selected, the person I talked to was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He actually directed me to a different choice that accomplished my needs at substantially lower cost (both up-front and per-page). The sales engineer is not on commission, so he was looking out for my best interest. The printers (two Ricoh color lasers) arrived in great shape and have worked flawlessly thus far. It was a little scary to make such a big purchase online and sight unseen, and I had previously had a bad experience (damaged printer) ordering from a different company. But this experience was seamless and I am very happy with the outcome.

  We have a very good experience ordering our printer from The Printer Showcase. I would definitely purchase again. However, I think they should consider other shippers as we do not necessarily share the same good feelings about the shipper they choose.
