  Good service, however although packaged fairly well both books had been damaged on the corners as if they were dropped more than once, likely before packaging, as I cannot see that they'd have been damaged that way inside of the way it was packaged. I am disappointed based on how much the books cost, because they are great books and high quality, it's such a shame that at least two corners on each one are damaged, not lightly either so I can't just bend the paper cover back to flatten it out, it's the hardcover that is damaged. Gutted to be honest, but I can't afford to re-purchase or faff about returning them outside the UK etc and risk not being able to get hold of new ones again as I know stock is low.

I'm very pleased with not only the speed of which they delivered but also they packaged my book very carefully as to ensure no damage. If you're need a good cooking/chef book I would not only recommend them but also I will be ordering again as they carry items I cannot get it within Canada very easily.
