  For the price, I expected my knife to have the artwork on both sides of the blade and wood on both sides of the handle. I guess I need to read more carefully in the future. It's a beautiful knife but not what I was expecting.

  I've purchased several knives from Deejo including an expensive Damascus model. I've given them for gifts to family and I finally ordered one just for me. I love how customizable these knives are. I am very impressed by the knives, but customer service is unfortunately lacking. I've contacted customer service over a problem with my recent knife purchase and they don't seem to care. This should be an easy and inexpensive fix but they are unresponsive. Sadly, this will be my last Deejo purchase:-(

  I like the knifes I have many of them. This order I decided to order two and added a spork. The shipment arrived without the spork. I was forced to contact customer support twice before I received a response. The response wanted me to do more work and send a hand written letter. This is absurd I sent a email message asking that the spork that I paid for be shipped and that they were the ones that did not do the work of checking the package to ensure all of my order was included before shipping

  I was impressed that when placing an order, you were able to change it if you needed to for 30 minutes afterward. I'm sure people will realize at the last minute they wanted something else, so this feature is great. Ordering was easy, the site was beautiful, and very user friendly. Shipping was extremely quick!   Both orders arrived quick. Quality of blade was average. Handle quality has a poor grip ability and light weight. Laser design on the blade was good. But overall the knife can't be used it's just a display piece.

Additionally, their ability to build (custom) configurations and ship (internationally) in days, with receipt almost always within a week, is INCREDIBLE. My only complaint would be that safari, the search engine on Mac won't let me or anybody with a Mac I suppose. I have to switch over to chrome which I'm not really up for, but I do it for you guys. Seems like you might want to fix that.

  I got a knife for everyone in my family for Christmas this year. They all loved them! I was able to make each tattoo, metal and wood combination unique for each knife; no one got the same design or color scheme. The whole process was fairly simple and straightforward. The website layout is user-friendly, and the customization page was well designed and kind of fun. I’d definitely recommend Deejo knives. While the knives can be pricey, it’s the craftsmanship and labor and quality you’re paying for. Well worth it.

  Ordered Dec 13th, Christmas present, just received package today 12/30. Something was wrong with the shipping forms it seems. Customer service was quick to answer questions but was of no actual help. The product is really nice, just as you see on the website. However it was not a great experience and will not be recommending or repurchasing.

  I now have a knife in all three sizes. Each one is unique and stylish. The smallest model is in my pocket at all times. The last one I bought is the 27g. It is the perfect size for an every day carry when you want something with too much weight.

  The engraving on the knife’s blade is true to detail. It’s a little lighter than I imagined, which I do enjoy don’t know it’s on your pocket. I did get the wood on the handle, the blue it’s gorgeous. however there are two little spots along the grain that feel like a splinter waiting to happen. The shipping in 48 hours as advertised did also happen! Got in time for our Christmas. It’s a beautiful piece.

  Blades were dirty with wood dust and the handles were raw wood not finished. The milling on the inside of the wood was rough and not sanded. Was expecting a better product for the price.

  I absolutely love my Deejo knife and I bought one for my daughter for Christmas and she loves hers as well. The only issue I have with Deejo in general is all of their marketing is geared strictly toward men. They are missing out on a whole demographic. Women are more likely to carry a knife that is beautifully crafted as the Deejo knives are. With three different sizes and the choices they have to personalize the blade, they sell themselves. Instead of marketing them as something they can buy for their man, market them as something they can and should buy for themselves. Just my thoughts. All I can say is every woman that has seen my knife has loved it.

  Love this company. They’ve gone above and beyond. Fed Ex lost my order. I contacted Deejo and asked about how quickly I could get a replacement order without paying crazy expedited shipping fees. Deejo remade my order free of charge, and sent an additional knife as a goodwill gesture- which I thought was so cool since it was FedEx that lost my order. The knives arrived the day after Christmas and they were a big hit. They are beautiful and well made. Thanks again Deejo!

  The blade edge has a couple of very small nicks. The knife is a bit lighter than I thought it would be. However, it is a gift for my Son; he collects blades and I know he will love it because it is personalized and has the Batman picture on it. I am glad I purchased it.
