These knives are the real deal. However I have lost two in the past just bought my third. Due to their extreme light weight feature, their very easy to leave behind somewhere and still think it's on you.

I own numerous knifes from several companies. As a law enforcement officers for almost 44 years I have carried many different ones. This is no doubt that these are the finest and most unique knives I have ever owned. I will warn you they are addictive ha ha. Each one has a meaning as you select their beautiful art work. Hey folks, I've ordered 11 of these knives in the last year or so. One for me and the others for my friends. No these knives are not built for camping or self defense but there are built to last. I like to call them a gentlemens knive. Every order I made was easy and only took around a week to get them. All of my friends loved them since I was able to get each of them different tattoos and put thier names on them. You won't regret getting one of these blades.

Answer by Sharon CFlagI did submit the issue directly to the customer support link that was in my order e-mail. I didn't get a response until 3 days later. In my message I stressed the order was a birthday gift and time is of the essence. When your customer service representative finally got back to me, they said they would send out the correct handle replacement kit. This isn't ideal as this is a gift for my husband and I have no clue about pocket knives let alone try to replace the handle. When I followed up to confirm if the kit will be sent out I got a reply that something went wrong and the kit was never sent and it will be sent out. I needed the knife by 3/6/ and not only do I not have the knife I ordered I haven’t even received the replacement kit. I’d be more than happy to provide you the conversation thread from your website but I'd think you should be able to find it. My order # is 1475024.

This birthday gift to my husband from our dog was so fun to design for him! The ordering was easy and the shipment came very quickly. Once I got it and opened it I was so impressed with the quality that I had to give it to him a few days early! The two sheaths I also got him are of high quality also. I brought it to work to show the women I work with to give them the idea of gift giving for their men since men are sometimes hard to think of gift ideas for! The navigation is very good with the design tools however I had trouble sending. 1. I had 2 knives in the cart to send to 2 different people. I hoped that I was able to click on the knife I wanted to send and be able to send to each person from the shopping cart. I had to actually delete on of the knives to send the other then redesign the knife I deleted in order to send it to the other person. 2. Had great difficulty getting the shipping address changed from the billing address. When I was changing the shipping address it automatically also changed the billing address. I went back and forth several times and wrote in about both these issues. It is not easy to change the shipping address and I had to get help twice.

Two models of our pocket Deejo, the 27g and the 37g, are equipped with a belt clip on the back of the handle. To make it even lighter, some have expressed the desire to remove this clip. Beyond its primary function, this clip allows a better grip and reinforces the stability of the locking system. By removing this clip, you risk damaging your knife and affecting its balance. As the removal may cause other problems related to the structure of your knife, our customer service will not be able to accommodate any problem related to this modification. I wish you a nice day!
