  I every once in a while would go on the web and Look and Build a Knife, But never would complete the order. As a Christmas Gift from my Wife, I did with some thought of the Knife, went with the Blade color and the Perfect wood type for the backdrop of the Mountain scene and ordered it. My wife and I were so impressed with the quality of the knife, I ordered a second knife for my wife with the Beach scene and a Blue handle. We are waiting the arrival of the knife with anticipation.   My order was shipped to the wrong address. After going back with the shipper that did an excellent job with shipping me the package. I was worried because I was unable to obtain the other package because it was at a previous address. I no longer resided. Some confusion arose and they helped to take care of the situation. I greatly appreciate it because I absolutely love these knives. I absolutely love this company.

  Very well made gentlemen's knife. I like to have it for everyday use, when a knife is needed. If you are looking for a carry knife this is a very well built knife. If you are looking for more of a utility knife it is a little on the light side for taking abuse. All in all well made and I am glad I purchased them.

  Form and function are something I have an appreciation for. This is my third Deejo knife now, and I’m still completely satisfied. They are art pieces, but also well made. Will I be taking it out to the woods as a survival / camp tool? No. But as an every day carry, functional, always sharp gentleman’s blade, it is great. I love giving them as gifts because they are always appreciated, and can be personalized both in style, and quite literally - by engraving the recipient’s name on it. I rank these right up there with a great cigar or aged bourbon as far as gifts I would give to a man I value in my life (it could certainly be for women as well, but just not my style of gift for them). Having gone to the Holy Land in the past, olive wood holds a special place in my heart, and I like that it is an option for the handle.

  Good website, although a few links on the "World of Deejo" page take you to the French website for some reason. The website configurator on a PC or laptop is excellent as you can immediately see the change as you toggle thru the selections. Some of the options are not available unless you check the "Best Sellers" page. Purchase communication and all other aspects of the website and its functionality were excellent.

  I had trouble placing an order, even though I have ordered 3 other knives in the last 2 years. I kept being redirected or told that my password was invalid. After about 30 minutes of trying, I was able to get to my account. Then ordering was relatively easy.

  The knife came quick as promised. It looked just like the picture. Over the last 3 years I’ve had 3 identical knives made up. The only difference in the knives are the names on them. My name, my wife’s name and my daughter’s name. They will be for my daughter to keep.

  My recent order was shipped to an incorrect, outdated address that I removed from my account prior to my order. In spite of numerous requests to customer service to redirect to my correct address, customer service was unable to do anything. I also did not appreciate a response I received that attempted to show that my deejo account and my PayPal account had the incorrect address, which is absolutely false. Both accounts have my correct address. I was able to contact FedEx to redirect my package to a hold location near the wrong address - three hours away from my home!

  Great website but I had a lot of issues when it came to translating the page to English and it remaining in English. For example the product was in English but when I went to pay it changed language and I had to start all over. Even in the cart itself the English didn't carry through so it was difficult to complete the order. I actually gave up a couple of times.

I had a little trouble accessing the custom knife set up because of the volume of material to down load but most of that was because I was using an old computer with limited bandwidth.   Great knife and service. I bought this as a gift. I previously owned a similar Deejo knife, which I bought through Amazon. This knife I got engraved so had to go directly through your website. At first I was alarmed when I saw it would be coming from France. I thought it might not arrive in time for the recipient’s birthday. However my nervousness was soon calmed by your excellent communication and incredible turnaround time. I am very impressed by how quickly the finished knife arrived.
