    I'd give them six stars or more. I needed a real printer, to replace the several ledger inkjets I'd been trying to get by with. Even the big Epson WF-8590 just couldn't get the job done, the ink cost a fortune, and when it stopped working and I went to replace it, I found Printer Showcase. I called, got the advice and reassurance I needed, and ordered on Wednesday. It was delivered on Friday. Awesome service. My son and I carried it up to the 3rd floor and I set it up mostly by myself with only one call needed for help. We have been printing flawlessly now for over two months and couldn't be happier, both with the service and with the product. It's the Kyocera P8060cdn and if you need a big, fast, quiet and hard-working printer (it can duplex 11x17 cardstock from the drawer!) get yourself one.

    Service from the Printer Showcase is exceptional. Their prices are competitive, but the real advantage is that you can get a knowledgeable person in their showroom on the phone whenever you have a question or issue.

    I purchased my Ricoh color printer from Printer Showcase and following that, I have continued to buy my toners from them. The quality of service has always been superb, so I can't imagine going elsewhere. I received my last order of toner within 2-3 days! There is nothing better than the BEST! Thanks so much.

    We spent a lot of time researching, and had a false start with a printer from Amazon that was not well described online. We found printer showcase through their uniquely comprehensive and clear comparison grid, which included critical and hard to find price per page info. They had a competitive price, and way better service. Super glad to spend $ somewhere that's not Amazon. Printer showed up from 3000 mi away the next day. There was some difficultly getting the printer itself configured, and they provided excelent support.
