  I'd give them six stars or more. I needed a real printer, to replace the several ledger inkjets I'd been trying to get by with. Even the big Epson WF-8590 just couldn't get the job done, the ink cost a fortune, and when it stopped working and I went to replace it, I found Printer Showcase. I called, got the advice and reassurance I needed, and ordered on Wednesday. It was delivered on Friday. Awesome service. My son and I carried it up to the 3rd floor and I set it up mostly by myself with only one call needed for help. We have been printing flawlessly now for over two months and couldn't be happier, both with the service and with the product. It's the Kyocera P8060cdn and if you need a big, fast, quiet and hard-working printer (it can duplex 11x17 cardstock from the drawer!) get yourself one.

  Service from the Printer Showcase is exceptional. Their prices are competitive, but the real advantage is that you can get a knowledgeable person in their showroom on the phone whenever you have a question or issue.

  I purchased my Ricoh color printer from Printer Showcase and following that, I have continued to buy my toners from them. The quality of service has always been superb, so I can't imagine going elsewhere. I received my last order of toner within 2-3 days! There is nothing better than the BEST! Thanks so much.

  We spent a lot of time researching, and had a false start with a printer from Amazon that was not well described online. We found printer showcase through their uniquely comprehensive and clear comparison grid, which included critical and hard to find price per page info. They had a competitive price, and way better service. Super glad to spend $ somewhere that's not Amazon. Printer showed up from 3000 mi away the next day. There was some difficultly getting the printer itself configured, and they provided excelent support.

  One of the FAVORITE VENDORS ... OF ANY KIND. I've been a customer for over 10 years. When a wear-out a printer, or need supplies, these guys are the ONLY ones I go to. They also give EXCELLENT ADVICE that helps you buy what you NEED, not necessarily what will make THEM the most money. I'd give 10 STARS if I could.

  This time I bought a set of 4 CMYK toner cartridges and fuser unit for a printer. I was referred to Printer Showcase by a fellow graphic designer, and have dealt with them for many years, buying printers and supplies as necessary. I call to place orders.   Printer Showcase is an awesome company for any of your printer needs. I purchased my printer from them, a Ricoh SP C820DN, almost 9 years ago. The printer is great, I have purchased all of my genuine supplies from their website over the years with ease. Recently I had an error code which stopped all printing for me, and I could not get any local support from service centers in my area or they were very pricey - I have a small consulting business which I am the only employee. I called Printer Showcase and explained the situation to Dino, who then connected me with Scott one of their technicians. Within a short time (maybe a half hour or so), I was error code free and back to printing. I cannot say enough about how great the staff is at this company, no matter who you are dealing with or asking them about your printer. This company treats its customers like how companies used in the great U.S. of A.! I will support them now and in the future by purchasing all of my printer products from them. I sincerely hope they never go out of business, as there is no one that can match their helpfulness, courtesy, service or knowledge of the products they sell and support. Great job to Printer Showcase!

Ever once in a while a new IT guy of mine buys a device from somewhere else, and I’m quickly reminded of the superior service and knowledge these guys have.   The people and deals at Printer Showcase have us coming back over and over. Great reviews to guide you to the printer that meets your needs. Great service and delivery. And their technical staff are always responsive offering knowledgeable tips on how to solve operational issues. They know their stuff and share it willingly. Buying online can often be impersonal and distant. Not with Printer Showcase. I would not buy anywhere else for my printer needs. Thanks guys!

  I would recommend Printer Showcase to anyone looking to purchase a printer. I called on several occasions with questions before I decided what laser printer to purchase for my business.   The PrinterShowCase website is straight forward and easy to use. Lots of good info up front, so you don't have to search for it. My new printer shipped as projected and is awesome. Will definitely do business with them in the future.
