He helped me get affordable insurance in literally minutes and then was able to fax the information over to the dmv so that I could get my drivers license renewed right then and there! Review collected by a third partyAfter 3 months of asking for commercial auto quotes from my previous broker I found MIS and Ken. Ken educated me on the finer details of commercial coverage and got me a quote the same day. When I was hesitant about the new insurance company Mat/General Manager gave me a call and let me know they would handle any issue that came up if needed. Hopefully we will not need to initiate any further services/claims but if we did I feel they will be handled promptly and with good communication.
