  During the purchase process the website did not allow me to use my Kusmi Klub 5 EUR voucher that I earned previously, there was no button for that. But the next day after my order it suddenly became available on the checkout (along with the new voucher). But then there was some confusion regarding the terms of the sale's free delivery promo for delivery to Portugal on the international site vs French/German site. I hope the checkout process will become more clear and easy to understand.

  Excellent selection of teas but it’s surprising that all of them have the same label and thus you can’t mix them because otherwise you won’t know where is what. Time and temperature on the label are missing too. It could be very helpful to have them.

  I have used you before and you were brilliant. This time it was a different experience because I could not get hold of you - the order went missing. Your site didn’t work and my sister who lives in France spent hours trying to amend the problem of address. It finally turned up 2 weeks later after many form filling and phone calls. All very frustrating as your products are so lovely

  I've always loved Kusmi tea since I discovered it in CDG airport Paris. I only drink green tea and herbal tea and Kusmi has an amazing selection. I don't travel often enough to purchase it in France so was delighted to discover the website and online shopping option. The site is very well laid out and very easy to navigate. It is very colourful and full of detailed information about each product. In fact even when I do get the opportunity to to go to a Kusmi store I still use the website as a reference before I go. Different search options are available to find the product you want. Checkout is simple.
