Verified reviewShould use UPS instead of FedEX/ I have not received a single FedEx shipment this calendar year on the promised date. Usually 1 to 2 days late, once 8 days (my golf clubs coming back from Florida, They sat at a FedEx facility without movement for 5 days).

Verified reviewOrdered 48 mint condition tp5x golf balls. 36 were mint condition and 12 definitely weren’t…closer to like mint/good. Contacted support with picture evidence and they instantly sent me a dozen replacements. A few of those were not quite mint either but I was impressed with the service. I’m not sure if I just got a bad batch or if it was coincidence, but I wouldn’t call the mint balls mint, according to the definition on the site. That said, the service was fantastic and the balls are still a great deal. Would definitely order from lostgolfballs again

Verified reviewSeems quality control is slipping. Ordered 8 doz. balls and received them quickly but, found about one ball per dozen, not up to the standars. if you don't mind that percentage, go for it. Everything else was good.
