  I love Izipizi glasses. They are chic and unusual . I find that they have great staying power,as I fall asleep on them, trample on them and various other forms of destruction and they always rise up again, unlike other glasses I have had before. People often admire them

  I ordered two pairs - one is great. The second one however is for some reason so small they look like a child's glasses. There was no indication on the website about sizing. And it's so expensive and complicated to return from UK to France that it's not worth it.

  hinge screw was akimbo/loose and ear piece came disconnected in my pocket. Bought them March of this year. IZIPIZI customer service promptly sent me a new pair (2 yr warranty) and paid shipping. Fabulous customer service!

  Third pair. Love the classic style despite the coating disintegrating… not sure why this stickiness happens after a lot of use. I have a small face and they are always admired . I like the dark blue frame and have chosen them over Matt black this time. I bought the plastic case but actually prefer the grey fabric one as more contemporary looking. So I guess I buy them for the shape and style !

  I ordered three pairs of glasses and none arrived. When I looked at the online tracking it said they were being returned to sender. I emailed customer service days ago and have not heard anything. I shall need to contact my credit card company to obtain a refund I guess.

I hope you will appreciate the feedback was requested from your business and I gave the feedback to help as I care about my customer experience with you. I have now received an email saying that you will be "refunding the money" for the three pairs of glasses I wanted. I have not yet received the refund. I have also not been helped yet as I would like to buy the three pairs of glasses!!? I have purchased from your store in Carnaby street many times and have been pictured on the front cover of a recent publication wearing your glasses. I would like to get hold of the glasses - please!! Thank you for your help. Have an exceptional week. Chris

  Great product. Quick delivery. I had purchased a pair that was too small and returned them after realizing I wasn't clear on the sizing. I also didn't love having to pay $60 shipping to send the glasses back. But the 2nd pair I got was a much better fit. So I just ordered another colour of the same version that fit me correctly. Well made and well packaged. The case for the glasses is also simple and cushioned with thick material.
