  Hello Sir/Madame. I have ordered from Greece which is not that far and yes I have checked the portal and the pre-paid label. For 37 euros glass I have to pay a minimum of 15 euros to return it and there is no capability of exchanging it. So it does not worth it and I rather keep it and not use it (at least in public). I have bought until now 8 pairs of IZIPIZI pairs of glasses both by your site and by stores in Greece and to tell you the truth I did not expect to return any pair of glasses back and I did not have to try it until now. Anyway, I should have bought them from a store nearby in order to try them first because by ordering from the site (even by using the application) I ended up with really small glasses that look funny in my face.   I bought Izipizi for the past 4-5 years and I only buy izipizi. My only disappointment this time (just me I guess) is that the last purchase (C3 paper note and frozen blue) are slippery when I put them up on my head or around my neck. For the rest awesome

  This is my 4th pair of reading glasses from izipizi. I really like the selection of styles. This pair seems very loose and keep sliding down my nose.Maybe it's just the style of frame - didn't happen with other styles.

  I haven't received my order and I have been informed that it has been returned to sender. When I followed the instructions on your website for finding my address, even though I typed in the name of the house it was omitted when the delivery address was autofilled. I did not notice this as I was not expecting this to happen and so the delivery company was unable to deliver my parcel and it has bee returned to sender.

  Izipizi delivery was early than expected. The blue light glasses works wonderful. I had a headache first day of use because I don't wear glasses on daily basis. But now I'm used to it, but if I wear it for more than 2 hours the arm placement of glasses on ear hurts a little. other than that it is very comfortable to eyes.

  I have several IZIPIZI glasses and I love them! However, the very negative comment I have when receiving my delivery, OR NOT, in Spain is the awful delivery company used : SEUR. My current order was placed over ten days ago and still not received. I am chasing and chasing my order : NOTHING. Change the delivery company as your product is too good for this carrier who do not deliver.
