  I ordered (2) pairs of glasses. A regular pair and also a pair of sunglasses. Both with a +2.0 reading correction. Unfortunately, the sunglasses are unusable to me. The correction cannot be used when driving and gives me eye strain and headaches. I would return the glasses if possible for a refund. The regular pair of glasses works perfectly.

  I've been ordering same model for years and overall quality has gone down. First order 5y ago was excelent fit for me and all other were slightly bigger and don't stay put (same model). All have gone through same conditions and good care but except for the first pair they all got scratches on lenses and are pretty much useless now. I have 7 or 8 pairs now, but don't know if I'll make new order since they are too wide for me now and would consider them only if their quality improved. Also, I wish you'd return back the slim model, it was my favorite.

  I love the frames and the commitments to sustainability IZIPIZI makes. I'm so happy to have found these. The price quality ratio is great, too. That said, I've had two sunglasses frames break, once the middle piece of much used glasses and once a side piece of an almost new pair, so the frames are a little fragile.

  We bought the size for ages 9-36 months for our 21-month-old son, but it fits very small. Additionally, we have to pay for the return shipping ourselves, even though I already paid for shipping when I placed the order. I decided to gift the item to my 1-year-old nephew, but I will not purchase from this website again.

  I have about 6 pairs of IZIPIZI sunglasses, reading ones and ordinary sunglasses…….and I completely adore them. My red sunglasses are a good five years old, and despite terrible treatment, remain near on perfect. Thank You IZIPIZI for producing the best ever sunglasses at really reasonable prices.

  Ordered my glasses more then a week ago. And still didn't get it. Called the call center a few times. They make me believe that it's going to arrive but nothing. Improve your service guys! Either you pay me back either you send me another package. Not my problem that the package is stuck, you have to deal with it, not me!

  I bought the COQUES ZENITH glasses for my mum who is losing her sight and needs to prevent light creeping in from the sides of the glasses. She loves the glasses but lost on of the side pieces within a coupl of days so I ordered her 2 pairs of spares. It would be better if these were more seurely held in place but, the good news is that I could order spares.

  Have enjoyed Izipizi for several years. Excellent service yesterday at two of your stores in Paris. Had been in Samaritaine and Izipizi consignor rep referred us to two stores for what we sought. One in the Latin Quarter, the other in Las Halles area. Great service all around as expected as have been very pleased with service at your store on Carnany Street in London.

  I ordered two pairs of reading glasses costing $50 each. One was not the finish your glasses usually have, it was not a rubbery finish but a smooth finish which I did not order. I sent a request to return or exchange it for the proper kind if you had it and they told me I could return it but I have to pay for shipping. That is very disappointing since so many people have recommended your glasses to me and because I received the wrong kind, at least one of the pairs I received, I have to pay for shipping. Very unacceptable.

  Lovely designs. Don't distort when you wear them on your head or grip hair and pull it out. Comfortable, light, good lenses. Cannot fault these products. Sunglasses are excellent design and good light filter

  Great sunglasses for my 4 months old. I was struggling to find a pair of stylish sunglasses that would fit her. I get lots of compliments when she wears them. The only negative is that it wasn't made clear that they were shipped from France (they did arrive relatively quickly) so was unsure if I had to pay a tax at custom (I did not).
