  The lens was defective, as there was a spot when you saw thru it. I kept explaining that to customer service and they kept asking me for a picture to see the problem. Again, i explained it is not visible to the eye...It was just when worn that the lens was defective. Also, they finally sent me a return label and I immediately returned the product back, only to find out i had to pay for shipping charges. By that time, I received a second email with a free return label. Very bad service. I got stuck with a charge of $6.35 for no reason.

  I love the colour of the lens. Weirdly reflective and shiny though on the outside - somewhat unecessarily like sunglasses. I cannot wear these outside.

  I've used Izipizi glasses for around 5 years and get excited with every new pair , I must have nearly 10 pairs . Order and delivery is spot on every time .

  Your glasses are beautiful but the arm hinge breaks after about 9 months of careful use. This is the last time I will order IZIPIZI glasses unless they have a longer life.

  I have been a fan of Izipizi sunglasses for years so I tried the ski goggles when I saw Izipizi made them. Just like the glasses, the goggles are amazing. The lens is better than other, more expensive goggles I have used and they fit perfectly to my face (no wind gaps). Couldn't be happier!!

  The thing that makes these different is mostly the softness of the frames, they are so comfortable and they spring just right - won't slip or fall off. I love these, and I own a LOT of reading glasses. Highly recommend.

  I have been using Izipizi frames for at least a couple of years and they are a wonderful, stylish and affordable option for people with low reading prescriptions. The only reason why I won't give it a 5 star review is because annoyingly, the frames are not very durable, however, if brought back to the store, they will always give me a free pair, which is very nice.

  The sales executive was friendly, helpful, supportive, patient and informative at the branch in Camden. However I have been using the branch in Soho and never once did they mention anything about the 2 year free warranty. I have broken at least 4 pairs.

  I really like your glasses, but when I tried to order them online, I ended up with the wrong lens strength and a different frame design from the one I I wanted. I sent both pairs of glasses back to your company in Paris as I was unable to change the order and I was unable to refuse the package. I am still waiting to be refunded in full for the two pairs of glasses that I have returned to you . Therefore I am very disappointed

  I walked into the Covent Garden shop knowing that I wanted to buy one or two pairs of reading glasses. The lovely assistant was so welcoming and helpful and I walked out with 4 pairs. A great customer experience. Lovely lady!!
