  Tea is great, but everything is very casually packed. Two metal boxes were dented, cans with a set of teas were not sealed, which could cause tea to spill, and the plastic packaging of the set was destroyed. And I was supposed to make presents.

  Love Kusmi tea, but I'm giving a mid to good range review for the site mainly as I think the only one option for postage, at quite a high rate means that you only buy when you have enough for a bulk order. I don't think this is a good idea as it means you only buy kusmi tea as an occasional one off and there's no incentive for regulars who might want to buy refill bags which are lighter cheaper to post. It's not rewarding regular customers

  If you work outside your home from Monday through Friday, shipping to your UK home can be a nightmare as DHL does not offer Saturday delivery for Kusmi customers, even at an additional fee. Also, DHL's time window of delivery during the week are quite broad. Further, on kusmi's website the notice that a product is out of stock and will be back in stock soon is more often than not - a false label. Most item stock availability never returns - or if so, on occasion, only after several months. Kusmi would be better off informing their customers that such items are not due back in stock soon, but are, in fact, discontinued,

  Shipping is expensive, and it was obvious why - the procuct was about 15x30x5cm, and came in a huge 80x80x80cm box filled with plastic packaging! Completely unnecessary and very environmentally unfriendly. The shipping tracking also did not work, and when the product arrived the sender was not listed as Kusmi but some unknown company.

  I love the tea, speedy delivery, however the site can be a bit tricky to navigate and I’d like to have the option of a slower and cheaper delivery. Sometimes I want to order something small but because of the delivery price, I don’t. Another option is to offer a member yearly subscription, which is also something I’d go for.
