    Love it. The old one finally died after 20 years of use. Had to replace it. They don't offer a model specifically for my Atlas V4S-SQ, so I had to buy the closest I could find and make a little modification to the drawbar.

    When I placed my order I received a call letting me know that the item was backordered and that there would be about a two week delay. They offered me a choice of something else in stock, but I wasn't in a hurry, so I decided to wait. I'm really happy that they notified me right any and offered me a choice. This was much better than sitting and waiting not knowing what was happening.

    Placed an order on 2/13/24 and charged for the parts on 2/21/24 and after several phone calls to determine status the order was finally shipped on 3/8/24. Over three weeks for parts that were supposed to be in stock. We finally received an email on 3/20/24 containing a paid copy of the invoice, over a month since we ordered the parts.

    Website did not show item was out of stock. Emailed 4 times over the course of a week trying to ask when the item would ship and could not get anyone to message me back. DIdn't hear back until I contacted PEC and they contacted Penntool. Then and only then I was told the item was out of stock and wouldn't be in for at least 2 months. That was too long so I ordered from woodpecker instead and had PennTool cancel my order. PEC offered to send me a 12 inch combination square since I had such a bad experience but never got the tracking information they promised I would get within 2 to 3 days. After emailing them once a week for the next 4 weeks they never replied back. Not happy with Penn Tool CO because the website should state if an item is out of stock so the consumer can can make an informed buying decision and the customer service was horrid in response time though nice once they finally contacted me.

    They had what i needed/wanted. Great prices. My delivery came in a normal amount of time, however I never got a tracking number for it. In the big picture I really do not need a tracking number, however I am accustomed to having one when I use online ordering for anything. When things were delivered, they we exactly as advertised.     My item arrived damaged. It does not appear to be from shipping as the box was not damaged. The lens casing is broken, with peeling flaking plastic which falls onto the lens making it unusable. I wrote a return as instructed by the website on 1.25.24 and 11 business days later I still have not received a response or acknowledgement of any kind. What use is the information on the website if it does not get a response.

    When I initially ordered the Gerstner tool cabinet on wheels. There was total silence (weeks) without getting any emails, before I contacted Penntool. After doing so they just talked like it was ready to be shipped. Another week at least went by. I contacted Penntool and they told me that it hadn't[t been shipped because I hadn't given my ok on an extra fee of $75 for a lift to help the the item off the truck once it arrived. I was never told about this extra fee when I ordered, nor after. Not until I enquired two times about the delay. I canceled my order, and then they said I would be charge an extra fee for cancelling the item unless I let them refund me in a way that I am unfamiliar with. It took at least two more weeks for my money to be refunded to my credit card. I will not be doing business with Penntool anytime in the future.

    I am disappointed with 2 points on this purchase. At first, you offered a discount code, which was not applied. When I inquired, you did not respond. Then I had paid extra to get the "free" organizer, which was not shipped. I am not sure about the quality of the collets sent, as the one I used thus far had a few thou runout using a gauge pin. But that might be a problem with my Grizzly mill. I am not likely to order again from you.

    I placed an order for one item in mid December and got an order acknowledgement. That was the last I heard from them. They charged my credit card so I figured I’d see the item soon even though there was no shipping notice. About 3 weeks later, I emailed about the status of my order and was told it was out of stock and wasn’t expected until late March and I could either cancel the order or not, but if I didn’t cancel, I would be charged a restocking fee if I cancel later. I opted to cancel and have unsubscribed their business. Total failure of communication and customer relations.

    The item was not in stock at the time of the order. There is nothing on the website or in the item description stating that the item was not in stock. After a week, I received an email stating that was not in stock and had an 18 - 20 week extended lead time. I was given the option to cancel the order or to wait it out. I opted to wait. It is now eight weeks later, and I had all but forgotten about the order until asked to do this review. If a company lists an item for sale and asks for immediate payment, I believe the customer has the right to immediate in stock availability and timely shipment without waiting for fulfillment. I was given the option to cancel after a week, so I accepted this situation, but there is much room for improvement.

    I purchased the Astro Pneumatic Adjustable Non-Marring Precision Panel Clip Pliers - AO9581 on 11/4 and finally received the order on 11/21. The pliers I received did not match the description of the product pictured on their website. I emailed returns on 11/21 and never received a response. I called their number on 11/30 and was told that I should re-send the email to returns, but this time preface the subject with "URGENT". Again, as of 12/17, no response. I have since contacted my credit card company and put a stop to the payment. Still no response... I did however receive a copy of my invoice on 12/4...

Finally Brandon B. phoned me and said my refund of $41.25 would be made in a few days. Well, it's been longer than that.     Return policy states “Satisfaction Garuanteed: if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product return it”. Asked to return item they recommended which was of extremely poor quality and they asked me for documentation to return it. I was told “this thing is a POS” isn’t good enough. According to YOUR policy it is. After several email chains and phone calls they finally gave in and accepted return. What a nightmare for a $200 item from China

    Customer service is not what I would expect. The time it takes to respond to my issue seems to lack sense of urgency. I have had to initiate the conversation to get a response. The beginning of the return was fast and happy with what was offered. Then I was the one who emailed/called to get a result or find out the status of my order. I was told I would receive a confirmation but never did…had to call to get an acknowledgment. Still am waiting on an invoice since my company card was charged. I would like to do business again if need be, but if this is what I am to expect then probably not.

    The product arrived and worked perfectly fine. The company could improve on shipping details. After a week I did not receive any new notification of my order I had to send an email and they replied in a timely manner. They provided me with the tracking number but the fact that I had to go and ask for it while most other companies it's automatically set up it already send it to you I felt could be improved upon.

    The shipping time was really bad. My order sat there for 2 weeks before it was shipped and when I called and spoke to someone they said it was in stock so why did it take so long to ship?     Finding the product that I wanted was difficult but Penn Tool Co. actually had it. I did find another one on another site for about $10 less but I didn’t see it until after I had already bought it from Penn. Purchasing on the site went very well but I waited for a week without receiving the item. The website indicated that the order had been “received” but no further updates. So I contacted them about and threatened to cancel the order. I then magically received the tool the next day. I am happy with the item that I bought so all is well that ends well. I just couldn’t give this the highest rating since I had to contact them. They really should update their website to reflect the current status of purchases and avoid this type of problem. Other than that, Penn Tool Co. is a great company with a nice selection of products.

    Where do I start. I hate leaving reviews i was contacted by Penn Tool through Verified Reviews and was asked for my feedback so here we go. When I called the older man who answered well, he doesn't need to be answering phones. He has ZERO phone etiquette and he said he was in sales and seemed very annoyed by me calling. I thought geez I am sorry I am an inconvenience to you. I didn't say anything I got the ordered placed and off we went. 2 weeks later still no tracking called back same rude older man said it would ship from there other facility and I just " needed to be patient." OK so 2 more weeks go by NOTHING I call back again a younger boy answers VERY NICE and EXTREMLY HELPFUL tells me he is sorry he is not sure what happened but either way he will fix it and the item out to me and that I would have already had it and to call back if I don't have it in my hands with 3-5 business days I thanked him and hung up. GUESS WHAT guys........... items came in 3 days, but I got 2 items the same item that I ordered they sent it twice and tried to charge me twice and I called, and they reversed the second charge. Sad part is that I really wanted to like the company that have a lot of stuff that we would have bought we are a company that does millions of dollars in manufacturing, but I wouldn't dealing with this on any level. It's too bad they could be really good.

    FIRST ORDER EVER AND IT WILL BE MY LAST! It took almost a month for the order to be completed, it came from two different sources and zero notice or updates of any kind, called their "customer service" number and immediately got dumped into somebody's voicemail, I hang up and dialed again and instantly was dumped into the same voicemail without saying a word. I sent an email through their website and some hours later someone called me, I told the guy to cancel the order, he say that it had already shipped, strangely enough that same day I got an UPS notification that I a package that was scheduled to be delivered next day. Getting the invoice to match what they charge to my credit card was a nightmare, their supposed accountant just tried to "adjust " the shipping charges to match the receipt by adding extra $.38 to the shipping part. Even 10 days after the ordeal ended I was still getting "invoices" of random items of the order. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH PENN TOOL! If they have worked well for you than you are one of the luckiest persons out there. for me the none existent customer service and the shadowy accounting and overall business practices are a red flag, You can get the same quality of tools elsewhere and save your self the aggravation.

    Efficient and smooth when placing orders. But the delivery time is long, no one follow up, no communication channel. Later, the staff contacted, but the reply was very slow, and did not provide enough information. As a result, it took a long time to get the goods. Called 5/17 to check on status of order, still no product, was then informed it would ship the next day,(quote “this is guaranteed “ Still no product. 6/9 called again was told product is in stock it will ship that day. Still no product. Called 6/20 was told there was a delay from vendor it would now ship. By this point I’ve had it asked for order to be cancelled and refund my card. The lady said she could do that. Great 2 days later and my card has not been refunded. I’m sure it’s going to require another call and I still probably won’t get my money back.i don’t understand why my card was charged in the first place when they didn’t have my item in stock. The worst excuse for a company I have ever dealt with.     I ordered a 1/2 inch square 5c collet. I took 3 weeks to show up, I called multiple times and was told multiple times that it is shipping out “tomorrow”. When I finally received it the square is way undersized and is a hassle to put any material in the collet. Anytime I want to remove material from it if the collet is still in my lathe I have to remove the collet from the collet closer

    We purchased a Baileigh DM10 deburring machine for our manufacturing processes. It took months to get here but we were patient since this was during the peak of COVID.
